And got pumped watching all ur videos and less than a week out of the hospital and I was out shooting like crazy! Getting amped up for next season! And taking in everything I can to make myself better! Found a few local tournaments and have been practicing almost every single day!

Late to the party but you are making me homesick, lol . I grew up in western SD, spot and stalk hunting mulies(and whitetails, well and goats too!) with both bow and rifle. Have been elk hunting in CO a lot over the last few years, but need to get back there and get back to my roots. FWIW, just started following you and really enjoy your content. Just a casual archer the last few years, but have started to pick up a bunch of tips that I really appreciate. I have tightened my groups considerably in the last few weeks. Keep it coming!
I spent over $500 on MORE Sitka clothing because of you ha ha! I wish the early season Sitka pants zipped down the sides for ventilation like the KUIU does.
Dude your vid’s are soo good! I don’t understand how u can get such clear, quality footage while trying to shoot a deer! Every time I try to video my hunts they look like garbage😂
Muleys are tough. I shot one last season twice with a 30-06, knocked him down twice and he still got up and got away from me. I looked for him for days. Never found him. I thought I had a good shot on him too. That's hunting.
This is why I’m always hesitant about shooting longer at animals. If one can jump the string at 60, it could just as easily turn or take a step and now you have a poorly hit animal. Reading the animal is always key, but you always risk a bad hit.
It lowers the center of gravity of the bow and allows for a better hold, it’s not such a significant difference on a hunting bow that everyone needs to use one. It’s more so personal preference. If your running like a 15 inch bar then yah it might help you but depends on the bow and shooter. It’s worth a try for everyone though I would say.
I know 3 deer isn’t enough for my family to last all year. Also that isn’t accounting for giving some to friends or donating the meat. What is enough for you, doesn’t mean that applies to everyone.

Here in NW South Dakota it’s wise to stay away from sheep while bow hunting. A lot of the ranchers have guard dogs and some aren’t too friendly

Lowers the center of gravity, has a different movement when at full draw and it just looks good.
So would it make much difference with a 8"stabilizer, because that's what I have.
