I love how 99% of the world has no idea this is possible 🤣 Even fewer people understand how this will change everything. We live in the most incredible times.
So you think these are the typical calls a customer would do…. Interesting… In my personal experience (which is quite limited) I usually see calls that are lot more chaotic, people don’t speek clear and critical informations are sparse especially when people call to complain. To me it seems that everything currently is a nice little proof of concept but I haven’t seen a lot of proofs on real data outside of these scripted examples.
@@gaggioaxel That's not what I said. This is just the beginning - how many people around the world even know this is a thing? The technology is progressing fast and it will only get faster. The singularity is near, everything else is a side quest.
The next year will be very interesting. I am currently mapping all my workflows and testing different approaches and tools. In 2025, I plan to implement AI agents in my work.
I’m currently selling this to clients already. Trust me, he’s right. This is a goldmine that we need to jump on before the public figures it out. You have about a year, max. Capitalize immediately.
How can we save context by phone number? So that any time the agent gets a call from a number or from makes a call to a phone number or will have the old history data as context
Remember that businesses have been recording calls for "training purposes" for a long time now. I suspect that they will use that data to generate the responses that you have hard coded and the results will be significantly better. I'm sure that your and similar development efforts will be integrated into that effort. That will also drive what data needs to be collected. Good work!
This was another great video, but can anybody explain what happened between 19:44 and 19:50 ? Was he trying to remember an English word, was he giving himself cues for when he edits the video or ??? EDIT: Ok, I should have just looked it up: one, two, three in Norwegian.
Okay, but if AI is handling customer complaints and extracting all this data, does that mean I can finally get some actual answers from my local store without waiting on hold for an hour?
Impressive :-) So what happens if a few people decide to deploy these systems at scale, and call every shop/company/whatever in their city non stop, and try to steal their time with endless questions and requests? Seems it allows for DOS attack on shop's phones and time.
That’s a good question. It’s illegal for them to do, and I think the bot has an assigned number it would call from. So just like current bots, you’d need to block the number.
It's too expensive and not reliable enough yet to fully switch to AI calls. I use the advanced voice mode every day, but sometimes it bugs out and hallucinates.

Much better than previous attempts from an uncanny standpoint. Very good.

Why does the voice sound so much more unnatural than in the ChatGPT app?
I don't hear any voice at all, does YT filter AI voice ?
Also what did it cost for each one of those calls
Phenomenal content. Thank you. I’m super excited to go grab the code from the repo.
Nice job, can't wait to see more.
Onde está o audio originlal ??

Fantatic ! Possible tocall function in a real time agent ?
Another cool demo! Kristain, are you getting stingy with sharing your code with us members lately?!? 😂
He was haha
How are they with Scandinavian languages? My Advanced Voice Mode still struggles pretty hard.
But my own pro cloned elevenlabs voice is amazing
elevanlabs dropped their own voice agents :)
Which voice option is that?

KSGAI is already selling this service. RealTime voice is not still available for enterprise volumes but it should be in the next month or so.
what is this IDE he is using called ? is it cursor or what?
How much is Twilio? How much was OpenAI charging. I really appreciate it !
is this open source on your member site?
super cool vid btw ;)

What's the api cost for each of those examples?
interesting
Was that a tic ? I’ve never heard him have a tic before. 19:58
Nevermind I see it’s a clone crazy
Help me to learn anything possible about AI, exist courses on youtube?

the pokemon card store also has an ai for handling calls :))
The pokemon human sounded like an AI agent herself. Perhaps you had agents talking to each other in some kind of AI inception chat.
nice
This is great stuff! Love it!
It made me cringe... I felt sorry for the humans. Maybe the voice isn't good enough yet.
VAPI rolled this out a year ago With full stack of tools. OpenAI realtime is better with not popular laguges only.
Amazing! I’ve loved vapi, but always wanted to build it myself….yiu the man Kris!🥳🤩🦾
