Have you started to experiment with Swarm yet? I fiddled with it this weekend. Struggled with understanding why the agents were transferring back and forth to each other at times. Ended up simplifying to a single agent to get control over what was happening 😂

It's okay to write a prompt or request to the assistant. However, I think it's better to have a nice UI with a button that makes life easier.

Tricky to combine tasks then though 🤔

@@nilsdannemann I'm working on an app that's going to rely heavily on AI. Once I have some metrics and run into some challenges, I'll be happy to share my progress with you all. It's hard to draw conclusions without experiencing the struggle, haha.

tried this using a local agent and had no luck, does this only work with OpenAI? the AI keeps answering the questions and is not passing it on to the "tools"

Ollama client object used to communicate with local running model has similar functionality to define tools and call functions...

ok but you can code anything below 500 lines with a simple chat, the coding function calling is good but it needs to concatenate with files system management , github calls etc... but above all you need an attention window that doesn't shift, so longer intricate code becomes overcomplicated, redundant, incomplete...

What if any model doesnt support tool call?

If you can get it to use json formatted responses, you could potentially do a workaround with that and parse the JSON. Then, you would act on if the JSON had, let's say, something defined under "tool_to_use": tool, etc etc
      I think.. lol
