I just checked my data from the leaderboards and this is the "best" Rimargaal deck that was seen at #4 on the Randoms leaderboard:
Ratbo: Propeller Scrats, Bridge Buddies, Sewer Scrat, Banner Man, Scrat Tunnels, Defenso Chopper, Sniper Squad (x2), Boom Buggy, Wartrack Dreadnaught, Rimargaal Scourge of the Summit
