Finally someone realized how funny and entertaining Keke is. The View also needs someone like Yvette Nicole Brown filling a seat.
If Whoopi leaves I can see Yvette taking her place but I think the producers will go with someone like Gayle or Katie.

Keke Palmer is a great addition to that show. She is deserving professionally staying with a check ever since Akeelah and the Bee. Visually ABC did great with keeping her. Such a great sight in 2019 and representation of diversity in everyday life. Sarah looked like the type that loved a cup of hot chocolate for breakfast anyway. 😏

The best trio on TV! The way they dropped everything and started dancing!!! They gel so well. The faces of the View ladies at the end is everything :)
That dance off was everything! They genuinely looked like they were having fun.
The dance-off shows you how in-sync they are with each other. All it took was for the music to start and they all jumped out of their seats and boogie down. I love the way they were not trying to out dance each other. They were just having a lot of fun and being themselves. That's why their show is so successful.

I just have to laugh at the difference in shows. now I totally get that one tells more political and partisan stories and the other is more fun and upbeat but still.. it is crazy the difference. Sara looks so so much happier now and keke is such a great addition

I have a feeling their show is about to take alot of this show's viewers😂. The View used to have some fun aspects to it but Meg has sucked all the fun out of it unfortunately. Strahan, Sara, and Keke is a more relaxed and fun show that keeps people in a good mood. They all look like a blast to be around.

amal zuhair - Monique revealed that Whoopi makes dirt at the View and she’s been there for 12 years. Apparently ABC, an entity of the world’s biggest media conglomerate, doesn’t pay their talent all that well.
Whoopi makes 5 mil per year. (you can google the entire panel's annual wages.)
Kostas Kotidis well it must be enough for her to stick around I guess. I did google it after I made the comment Whoopi seems to make 5 or 6 million while Joy gets 2.5 million and the rest 1 million each.
amal zuhair - $5 million is “making money”. If they all literally just said they’re not making money, and other people including celebrities that know them and have had private conversations with them have told us they’re not making money, I’m going to believe they’re not making money.
Whoopi’s salary is probably $2 million, and after taxes and health insurance she probably takes home $1.2-1.4 million annually, which isn’t a lot of money annually for an EGOT winner.
M B no it’s definitely 5 million because it’s stated in Jenna McCarthy’s book and by Rosie O’Donnell that Whoopi made 5 million when they were on the show. McCarthy even goes as far as to say Whoopi didn’t let anyone else be in charge while she was on the table only letting Joy sit in for her when she wasn’t there. But McCarthy is a bit of kook and probably said that to make her book more interesting so I doubt how truthful her statement is as I’ve seen these women challenge her authority many times. Joy’s contract was also discussed by industry insiders as she demanded a raise after running the show while Whoopi was sick and went from 1.5 to 2.5 million and Meghan is said to make 1 million so I guessed the rest earn the same. 🤷♀️

Why are people comparing both shows? They are not the same format. One is called the View. The Ladies of the View are there to express their views on the topic of the day. SMK's show is about fun. They do fun segments, they don't talk about anything serious. Different format. I like both shows and watch them because they offer different things.
