Dark is just a mood or style and has to do more with the thematic and feel of the song.
Neurofunk is basically the hard progression of Techstep moving to harder rolling funky drumlines and twisty resampled neuro reece bass. Unlike Dark, while there are certain moods associated with Neuro, it is more about it being that technical progression techstep.
So some DnB songs can be both, or be one or the other, or neither. Cool huh?
