@@GabrielPacure-jy4qh You don't need to do a combo first. You need to press one of the kick buttons and one of the push buttons at the same time. It will make your character glow. then depending on the character which in this case is Rugal you spin the gear and press two kick or two punch buttons. I hope this helps. It's not possible actually....unless you select the character as rugal through the cheats
in our arcades the game was already cheated to have Rugal by default.
