Sir I was been picked fr Google bottom notifications to here, as 3 imp tips to make good biryani frm chef Chopra. 1:dnt touch soaked rice, 2: traditional dough, 3: do not open early. 1:You can touch with yr knifehand strike while draining into hot water with minimal amount of water, 2: all abt dough leave a nail hole and run it on high flame 3 min for 1/2 kg meat 5min 1kg 9 min for 3kg and 12 to 13 min fr 5 kg meat, then simmer for 20 stable mins fr all above diff timings(depends on bottom of ur pan), how to notice? "Nail hole theory" can solve, i can cook in idli making vessel, heavy bottom, as well as alloy and steel, wood fire and gas fire. Finally last one was exactly correct do not open lid to early, Biryani is all abt itself biryani. I aways love to eat daily. And sir max knews Persia so need nt to waste time during vlog. Aao kabhi Hyderabad ku phir sikhana biryani kaise banate, hyd mai more then 100 ways hai but ekich principal sir.

It's beautiful! But I think u should have dried up the gravy with mutton. U wasted that so called flavorallful jhol. Let the biryani rest for 30 min before opening the lid letting the aroma infused in it.

It will cook if your mutton is good quality.....other than that you can use pressure cooker for assurity
No...it doesn't cook....even if we buy fresh mutton and cook it. I have tried many times....I will be happy to get the answer from the Chef itself.

It's not authentic Awadhi Biriyani! It must have aloo. And the overall preparation doesn't follow any basic rules of Awadhi Biriyani.
