Alot of spinal compression that caused me pain for the last 5 years and I've searched for someone in my area to do the y strap on me for 4 years and I finally found someone this year and it has literally fixed my back just after a couple visits. Years of tightness, lack of mability and pain reduced 85% after the first y strap and now after a few more im back to feeling normal again. Highly recommend people get this done.

Yeah… I went from Utah to Texas to do the ring Dinger spent $900 for three visits. The older guy who is the main Ring Dinger messed up my jaw. I went there out of desperation because I saw him on social media. He didn’t even really listen, made assumptions immediately about my condition…the jaw took months to heal. They do the same routine for everyone and it’s not individual. They mainly use the Y strap for bulging disks and compression problems. It is NOT A SOLVE ALL. This is traditional chiropractics.

Most chiropractors, just trying to do what they believe is right, end up further antagonizing the disc injury through twisting, etc. This doc is applying traction - stretching out the space between the discs which can actually pull a herniated disc back into place. Chiropractors can help, but if they’re not helping it can be a downward spiral where you end up keep going back to address new pains which can I turn cause more problems. This chiro knows what he’s doing.

These doctors always want do surgery or give you meds whatever but that may not be necessary as we see in this case. Chiropractor are natural medicine there is not need for surgeries. These surgeries keep the medical field in business remember that. We are the customer when it comes to the medical field.
Getting back into alignment will cause pain or relief right away because your body is used to being un aligned. Everyone has their own opinion so do what’s best for you. I go every month and it really helps me. Love it 🥰

Im not this guy but I can tell you my personal experience. My ex-wife had bad sciatica and the doctors were debating surgery to fuse some vertebrae.
As a last resort I looked up a chiropractor on Groupon and started taking her. They started with an X-ray then suggested we visit 3x a week for a few months and see how it goes. Each visit consisted of a 30 min massage and a chiropractic visit, later we (eventually I joined too)started getting trigger point injections (which were absolutely phenomenal).
After 4 or 6 months we went to 2x a week and then to 1. By the second year we were going once a month and she never had a sciatic flair up.
We moved away for 3 years and stopped going, she never got a flair up. Years later we got divorced, she started a desk job and started having issues again. IDK what she's done about it, not my problem anymore.
I also know of a personal friend that got a bad injury from it and developed drop foot. (To be fair he was and is severely overweight).
So I've seen chiropractors fix and ruin people.

No more Gonsted technique for me, as a Chiropractor sprained my neck when he over rotated my neck. The video shows Gonsted manipulation. It can go wrong and cause more trouble than benefits. For 6 months I wore a cervical collar and had insane pain because the Chiropractor screwed up.

Lol you don’t need a chiro. Find somewhere where you can hang for 30 seconds to a minute. Gravity does the work decompressing your back. If you have chronic pain seek a licensed physical therapist. Chiropractic school is one semester of learning adjustments and 1.5 years of understanding the business of building your own chiro practice.

Anyone can say whatever they want, but you can’t deny actual pain relief. I’ve had 2 back fusions, both hips replaced and reconstructive knee surgery. Was still in horrible pain after 20 years of PT and surgery. Couple months with a chiropractor and now just a monthly visit to stay aligned, and I feel the best I’ve felt in 20 years physically. The initial visit was over a year ago. So like a said, you can deny it all you want, but you can’t change the fact that I have a pain-free new lease on life!

He needs to lose that gut and there is a big chance as you age you are going to get increased atrophy in many of your supporting muscles. At some point, you are looking at a catastrophic injury if you have a fall, car accident, or make a mistake doing something physical just living life.

I'm a massage therapist. People ask me all the time what is better, chiropractic or physical therapy. I tell them that's like asking if it's better to get an oil change or new tires. They're just two different things. If you've got a chiropractic problem, a physical therapist won't be able to fix it and vice versa.

I bet he still did his surgery. I was in his same boat. I got the surgery, wish I did it 2 years before I did. The ONLY reason I didn't get surgery was from fear from family members talking about them making my back a filet. I have a 1 inch scar that isn't even visible anymore and I felt so much relief right after surgery and the anesthesia wearing off I refused pain meds for the 2 nights they kept me. The surgery pain was a 2 compared to my 9 I was in before. It's since been 0. The hardest part was staying in bed for 10 days and then not being able to lift over 10 lbs for 6 weeks. I broke both those rules because I felt so good.
Edit: on the off chance you see this, look up doctor David Nathan. I am also in Utah. He's one of the best around.

You can reset your back by laying face down on your bed. Locking your feet over the back of mattress , reach out and grab front. inch your ribcage forward, make your belly jelly and pull steady forward with arms and pull until it resets.
    This works and it's free!!!
I was a water skier. Barefoot, slalom, kneeboards. I have sciatica that can be debilitating. Can't even think.
I reset my back and I'm good for a couple of days depending on how much I eat. Use the bathroom regularly, incontinence will cause back pain too.
