- It was an absolutely action packed weekend as JJ Da Boss and crew threw a massive no prep party! Word on the street is that this race was used as a qualifying session for the upcoming season of Fastest in America! This brought out all the big names as we saw 15 teams from all over the country come out and compete for the cash! We even had some of the NPK crew show up and make a huge statement. Would Axman and his team make it all the way to the end and take on the Memphis Street Outlaws? Was JJ ready for some of the fastest no prep cars in the country to throw down and really shake things up? It all went down in Prescott Arkansas in front of a giant crowd that stayed on the edge of their seats!!!

I watch Memphis because I really like the team but I would NEVER run in JJ's "arm drop, chase is a race" way of running their races, NEVER. Literally every one of the Memphis team take offwhile JJ's arm is on the rise, they never wait for a DROP,, so if you watch for the drop you're dun,, if you leave with 'em, unless you have the "stuff" to run 'em down,, you're dun, if you leave "early" and they sit tight,, you're dun. Not a way to race IMHO but they're still really cool people and we do enjoy watching. Ohh, did I mention the Memphis Gang are FAST as HELL?!!
Yeah at 6:50 that guy left way early but seemed to get the win. Proper timing would make for much better racing.

Truer words never spoken. JJ does his arm drops really fast. There's a reason for this. Since all of his team is trained to leave at the first sign of arm movement, they nearly always get a head start. It might not seem like much, but a ¼ second to ½ second advantage when leaving is often very hard to overcome, especially in an 1/8th mile race.

Guess in this style racing you can just leave when you want. Half those cars left on arms going up instead of down but still looked like they got the wins.
Chase is a race style. If dude jumps the arm drop and your dumbass chases him and you lose then its on your dumbass for leaving when you should have sat.
Chase is a race if u leave early and they leave behind u,u win if they sit u lose simple.
Chase is a race is only not total dogshit either if youre slow and need the headstart or youre running illegal races in sketchy areas and dont have time to re-run races cuz the longer you stay in the spot the mote likely it is cops will show up. It has no place in legal races, only used by people who are slow or are nice enough to give the headstart to the slow car

They did loss the finals vs team axe man, i think only 1 Memphis car won out of 4/5 cars i think, so unfortunately it was a sweep. But they still some very nice and fast cars.

So many non essential peoples lining both sides of the staging lanes as the pilots do their burnouts is insane. There really needs to be someone take charge and DEMAND all people not a part of that car's team be OUT of the stage/start area or NOT START THAT RACE. Just say'n,,,
@@AV-cc5wl You missed his point completely. The race team can be on the line. How many teams you know consist of 60 people? I have seen an untold number of videos of crashes where the announcer has to yell at people to get out of the way of emergency personal.
