Thanks for sharing Sisi. I make mine too. I use bananas and apples. They are very accessible. I add almonds, ground nut and cashew nots. So just take it a notch higher. Make your Granola (I plan to make mine. I am just looking for raw cashew); and your yoghurt (it's really delicious made from home). Then you have 💯 homemade parfait.
The only peovlem is the manual labour involved. But i love it home made.

You can save even more by making your own granola. It's very easy to make and you can put in anything you want. Store bought granola is high in sugar and lots of addictives. There are lots of videos on how to make it, I highly recommend The

Hello sisi Yemie! Love watching your recipes and incorporate some into mine.
Please I'd like for you to make video on how to preserve vegetables and fruits like carrots, cabbages, leaves etc cos I'm trying to incorporate a lot of veggies into my meals but preserving them is a problem.
For carrots and leafy vegetables you can wrap them in a paper towel/kitchen towel, then place them in ziploc bags and store in the vegetable compartment of your fridge. Sometimes I puncture few holes into the ziploc bag and sometimes I don’t . Works for half cut bell peppers and cucumbers too.
For my cabbage I wet a folded kitchen towel, not dripping wet though then I place it on the stem of the cabbage and secure it with a rubber band. It helps to maintain the crisp texture of the cabbage, then I wrap it in a kitchen towel and place in a ziploc bag and store in the fridge.
I’m not a food blogger so I haven’t had an avenue to share😄 but I hope you find it helpful
I found that not washing the veggies until you are ready to use makes them past longer. So I put my veggies in the veggies compartment without washing. I don't wrap my carrots and bell peppers and they last for long. Green beans go bad easily. I am testing a new method for storage shared by my supplier. Lettuce lasts longer when I wrap in kitchen towel and keep in a Ziploc bag.

Your are so funny whispering. But sometimes our schedules don’t meet up with the times we SHOULD be eating, so we have to get good in cans or frozen processed even. But not always. Not sure if your filming in America, but America is filled with processed and packaged foods because of the fast paced spoiled, no disrespect, lives set live in. Everything instant, quick, rushed. I can’t wait to retire very soon to Nigeria.
