So is the extra cape for some of kind Victrix variant?

The cape with the clasps (over the shoulder/pauldron) matches the Games Workshop model. I haven't seen any other figures with it (yet). The other cape style allows for poses where the upper arms/shoulders are raised or rotated in a position other than down.
