I really like this not all RUclipsrs allow the viewers to put on the mask and it felt like I was actually wearing it
After seeing the new Mandalorian episode I really wanna see the repainted version of his helmet. Looks so much more badass being fresh. I thought Djins armour is the best I've seen of any mandalorian until I saw Boba's cleaned up..
I honestly preferred the distressed look when Cobb Vanth had it but the repainted is right up there for the best look of the armor

They should of made the tint darker, could see through it and could see your nose
You're right! The Mandalorian Mercs costume club requires the helmets to obscure all features. I don't think this helmet would be allowed without modifying the visor.
Could you get away with wearing a black balaclava or face mask to obscure the vision but retain the same visibility?
Nice piece to put on display. I had the same problem with the harness. Great attention to detail but was really disappointed with no sound effects. Darth Vader had 2 different breathing sounds and the mask sealing sound and Lukes helmet had snow speeder and Xwing options for sounds.

I knew they where making these black series helmets to a collectors grade, but the detail is amazing!
The back vents looks like they could house 2 round fans from a PC.
The internal head harness is removable.. I did that and used the white foam in the box to fill the voids around my head while wearing it. Woks great that way . I found the harness to tight at any level of adjustment.

Definitely want one! Looks much better than my Rubies (Don Post) bucket. Love the paint job! The visor seems like it should be darker in my opinion.

You need to adjust the straps to where it sits lower, so that the helmet falls into place better
My brother got me this for Christmas. I took the harness out and ordered some velcro helmet pads that I will put in it to get it to fit better

i used to go to Joe’s crab shack with my parents when i was growing up and there was a boba fett helmet next to a freaking shark hanging from the wall! that was my favorite seat lol i always asked my mom if we could sit there!
Pro-tip from someone with an extra large head that wears glasses and wears a Mandalorian helmet semi-regularly, you'll want to either cant the helmet just a little to the side so that you're looking out the side of the visor. Usually gives you a little more flat space to fit your glasses through. If that doesn't work, put your glasses in the helmet by the visor and as you're putting the helmet on slowly, reach up the sides and work them onto your face. Its a pain in the butt, but it lets you see.
As for fogging up, I personally use some anti-fog spray meant for motorcycle helmets that I forget where I picked up, but works well enough. Otherwise, apparently rubbing a bar of soap lightly along the inside of the visor or glasses helps prevent fog buildup. I've also been told toothpaste works similarly, but I'm not that brave to try that. You really just want a light film of waterphobic substance that will prevent moisture from building up.

I just bought the Boba Fett prototype helmet and had difficulty seeing out the top too. I had to take the head straps completely out (they snap out) and if you wear a beanie it fits perfectly to see out!

The face that he put the viewer inside the helmet make me subscribe
i removed the harness had the same problem, put sponge padding both sides just where it curves in the inside fits perfectly
I had to remove the adjustable head piece inside because it did not fit my head when I remove that the helmet fit fine even though it is now loose

@@kylethedalek They do. Just picked up two, (one's a gift) Vader helmets on Amazon for $99. The stormtrooper one is sitting at $250. I won't be touching that. I actually have a stormtrooper helmet pulled from the molds of the original 1977 film, so, on that front I'm good :) But Vader has gone down in price, but the stormtrooper is now incredibly expensive.

The voice muffle is actually pretty much like the movie so that’s a weirdly neat feature that probably is just a coincidence
I took the head adjuster out of mine..Fits a treat now.
Btw u can take the range finder off (if you don’t like it or for shipping purposes) it’s hard but it doesn’t break it
I recently got the prototype fett helmet and yeah, I have the same issue with the webbing inside of it. I found that if you detach the over the top strap it will sit properly so you can see through the visor, but there's still the problem with the adjustment nob being so damn uncomfortable and presses at the perfect spot on the back of my head to give me a serious headache.

Heres a tip, i have a mandalorian helmet and what i do is drop my glasses in the helmet and angle my glasses in a way i can put my helmet on and then adjust the glasses after the helmet is on. Keep in mind i wear extremely curved glasses when i wear these kind of things.
Hope they make a Mandalorian version this is the way

It's awesome! But I find myself going cross-eyed trying to see down the viewfinder... The only design fault.
The helmet would probably benefit from the addition of military kevlar helmet liner padding for a more comfortable fit.

If you turn the head piece inside around 180 degrees it actually pops right out. Thus making it fit on big headed people such as myself
I don't have a big head, and I struggle to fit into my Boba Fett (re-armoured) helmet. Mando helmet (and other SW helemts) no worries. 🤨
This is my favorite, so far. I got Darth Vader one for Halloween but I think this one is cooler way cooler.
