I like that the woman, despite being distracted by her phone call, still had enough self awareness to realize what was going on and immediately hung up the phone to give her full attention to the situation.

The way her eyes got huge as she was hearing the conversation between the guy and the little girl. Her radar was ON. Go girl.
Her phone was never lit up when she put it in her purse and she never hung up the phone. Great message but actors.
Plus if the other person hears what's going on in the background, they can stay on and listen in as a witness

As a former child who was abducted back in 1977 by 2 men and taken to an abandoned apartment building in Gary, Indiana, assaulted, and dropped off on the street, I want to say THANK YOU to all of these wonderful people.

There's an inherent maternal or paternal instinct that kicks in when it comes to protecting kids, regardless if you're a parent yourself. The senses are heightened and it kicks into overdrive when you sense danger. The minute the stranger "touched" the kid's shoulder or arm, you can see how everyone become alarmed. I love watching these as it restores my faith in humanity. 🙏❤️

I watched this and what I cannot understand is how the old man was not beaten up. Once it became known that the girl did not know the man, it is obvious that he is clearly attempting to abduct her.
While I have never had this situation happen to me, I am positive that I would never just allow someone to walk away after making a clear attempt to abduct a child. At the absolute least, I would hold them there for the police to question him and conduct an investigation. With someone that brazen, it wouldn’t be much of a stretch to think he’s done it before and the cops could be looking for him.
Just my $0.02 though.
This is actually pretty nice to see. I hope that is actually the majority of the people tested and there weren't a whole bunch left out for doing nothing. It's nice to see strangers seeing to the safety of a little kid like this. Awesome.
