One thing i didn't understood, why these youngsters need sex before the age of 18 ? These all are because of the shits they are watching and their idols. Loving someone doesn't mean that they should have sexual relationship at all. Its ruining our culture, our beliefs and every pure aspect of love. Why are we including sex as basic needs ?? Is it really that important as air, water, food and shelter ?? not, obviously not. So grow up children(both male and female), you first change yourself, society will gradually get changed.

Sex is a basic need, also, sex is defined by love.

Which in simple words means, male seek physical and woman seek emotional connection, it's called hormone reaction.
