Do they tax you?
Tried to activate my new Samsung Galaxy A10e on line.
Kept getting a message saying the phone is locked.
I know it's locked into Cricket.
Tried customer service.
They told me there is a problem with the SIM & I should try a new one.
I tried a new SIM & they said there is a problem with the SIM...again!
I'm stuck with a $120($130 if you add the cost of a new SIM)piece of junk.
I got stuck at payment. Ffs.
Idk if this will get a response, I want to add my SIM I purchased as a second line using a phone I already own. I'm afraid to go through the activation steps because I think it will mess up existing number that I've had for years. Do you know if I will be prompted about this through the activation step?
you might wanna hit us up during a Livestream we go live everyday and especially longer ones at night. the question sounds a little weird. so you already own a phone and want to add a sim card you bought? I don't get it. I'm assuming you have cricket. as long as you don't mention anything about that number you have had for a long time you won't lose that number.

It's says it won't accept my iccid number even though I'm sure I put it in correctly.
To take someone off your plan
This is so annoying. When you try to put in your SIM nber they have locked the field for numbers only BUT the SIM has an F at the end. It won't let me put a letter in a number field. SO ANNOYING.
How long does it take to port a number from att to cricket?

You don't need a new one unless your old phone has a different size sim card then your new phone.

I switched from straight talk to boost and got a 35gb plan and was told it would only slow down in congested areas, LIES, it slows down the second you hit 35gb. Boost refuses to help or refund and so does the 3rd party store as I got the phone for free under port in.
Anyways TMobile sold boost to dish network and dish now uses at&t networks for the boost mobile.
If I get a plan thru cricket wireless, is there a possibility this phone that has no carrier boot-up screen or any pre-installed boost app would accept a cricket sim since it is technically an at&t phone. Should I just go to my local cricket and see if they can try a cricket sim in the device. I want to switch to cricket bad
I'm thinking a boost sim will not work it's weird that ATT postpaid phones will work with cricket and att prepaid but I'm pretty certain it will not work go try though for sure and keep me updated
@@magictechreview well it's a boost sim card and the phone is from boost but they use at&t phones and they even said the sim is technically an at&t sim, the cricket website even shows my IMEI is compatible to be switched, not sure if that means it will support the sim or not
@@gabeulrickson2496 just tried putting the new att boost mobile sim into a cricket phone and it will not work unless you unlock the cricket phone so there is your answer

Just don't expect it to be quick if you do it after their hours. Be careful of cricket they'll try to screw you. Watch them every way. I tried to sign on tonight and now I got to wait another day says it's signed on and then it doesn't do it just like before.

BurnedBacon 21 yes just remember it has to be unlocked iPhone and that when you insert the sim it’s already registered so just like John said, there’s no need to report anything :-)

John you know my Wireless my first Wireless company was sprint and then I switch to cricket because I do not need something expensive or awful service and coverage and Wi-Fi and that's why I switch to cricket because it's more better 4G LTE then t-mobile and sprint.

Even tho this is like 5 month ago just buy a cricket phone from online or a unblock carrier phone and use your sim card
