@drnissarhussainkar Yes winning and losing is part of the game you are right, but lack of intent is no way acceptable. When you go into a match esp against a minnow side with a lack of self believe and in your mind you are thinking of the worst scenario then you don't have clarity of thought. We in Pakistan and in India get more pleasure in individual player achievements then team. Look at the Australian model that is the model all cricketing nations need to use as a blueprint for success. We are busy in getting excited about Babar equaling Virat fifties in T20 international at the cost of the team. We come up with this lame excuse that Babar and Rizwan are the lone rangers and that they have to play slowly in the beginning of the matches otherwise if they get out early the rest of the batting will collapse. Well that theory does not work in this format. We have to be bold up front and trust that the rest of the boys will also carry their responsibility. If that is not the case then we are not a team but 11 individuals impersonating as a team!!
