      Me too. Hope you are doing well. Most of my pain is gone but I realized that my pelvic floor is still “asleep “ lol

      @@Littlebirdinatree same, my body seems a bit stiffer ,low on energy than usual, practising yoga with walks, though.having pomegranate, flax, chia, more protein…hopefully we all recover soon:)

    Hello and thank you for these exercises. I had a total hysterectomy 6 weeks ago and the Doctor just suggested pelvic floor exercises. I have a question on the "puppy dog" postion. I have had total knee replacement for both knees. I am not able to kneel do you have an alternative exercise? Thank you

    I've had a hysterectomy about 14yrs ago and I'm now have problems with bladder prolapse can this exercise still help me
