I bought your edge control about 2 years ago if I’m remembering correctly and I’m still trying to figure out how I could use it without adding a greasy product prior to adding the edge control because it dries white without a greasy product. What would you recommend?
thanks for your question. if you bought it 2 years ago its expired ... the product expires 12 mo. after opening the container . Also it should not cause a white residue unless it's used in excess or on hair that already has product. IT is not designed to be used for braiding as it is an edge control but it has proven to be effective when used in small amounts as ive demonstrated in multiple videos. a little goes a long way, so on edges if you are using a light amount you should still get a solid hold with no residue. while I tried to design a product that works for everyone, ive realized thats impossible but when used with the tips above I hope you can get the results you want.

So beautiful, what’s the trick to keeping the braid with a turn flat?
idk if you could tell in the video but I often ask my clients to put their finger with where the braid curves and hold it down. that will keep it from lifting.

That’s why I ran out of room when I did this style for the first time because I braided the side braids all the way to the knotless on the side instead of like you did. If that makes sense
