They had braiding hair my mom used to talk about it and she’s in her mid 60s they had it in the 70s at the “China shops” they would call it then and I think the hair was packaged differently my mother used to braid hair a lot as a child and a teenager
I used to use this braid pattern on my hair sometimes back in the day...like 10 plus yrs ago. It works on thick hair and I may go back to it for this look! Love it!❤ great job

I like the crotchet braid down, I would have just put more individual braids on the sides as well as a row right before the crotchet braid down at the top. The style turned out beautiful ❤️

@@truthserum1271 bc i do her hair all the time. And it’s never been burnt. We use flat irons at temps way hotter than boiling water. She will be fine.
