Nice content as always! Having efficient planning can save time and money in property renovations or setups.
Very much so enjoying your content. Thanks for all the tips - I have few applied few of your tricks into my own Airbnb :)
Thank you for all the great videos, I just have one question I haven't found the answer on yet in your videos.
Is the properties you manage in your name on the different websites (Airbnb, Vrbo etc) or in the owners name? How does that work?
Hope to get the answers from you!! :)
Kindly,
The listings are all in our name 😊
Random question, I recently launched my place June 2nd and haven't see one single booking on ABNB, I know the no reviews are a deterrent but I wonder how long it should take or if you have any recommendations on what to do to help get it off the ground.
Have you tried turning it off an on again?
No I haven’t. The only thing I was gonna try was turn instant booking on and off this week. Do you mean turn the listing off? And for how long?
