Hi, I made myself the 3D model of the house by using some CAD blueprints and looking at photos of the building. I think that there are also 3d models of the house in the sketchup warehouse web, but Im not completely sure.

Can you please tell me the total buil up area of this house?

Ground floor has around 81 m² and the top floor around 95 m². I think there is also a basement, but i dont have any information about it.
