I love your videos! I get very relaxed, almost in a zen state. I thinks it’s your voice. So calming. You’re definitely not alone.. I also suffer from depression & anxieties, along with agoraphobia. Arthritis and carpal tunnel.. along with other physical issues. I don’t leave my house on less I absolutely need too. I don’t have anyone to talk to or stitch/craft with. It takes a lot to get motivated to do anything. With that said, we are here to listen and support you! Keep up the stitching. Love 💕 following your videos. Thank you! 💕 blessings friend (((((hugs))))

I really can relate with u about being bi-polar. I am also bi-polar with manic tendencies. It really stinks when u cant get out of ur own head. I am also agoraphobic. Which is I can’t b in large crowds. I really like ur kit the green lady. Green is one of my favorite colors. I am working on my beaded kit from amazon. Happy Stitching. 🪡❤️

Oh I feel for you ❤️ Manics are devastating. I have had 3 episodes in the past, in which I ruined my economy because I spent all our money, including rent money😬. Nowadays I only get few hypo manic episodes, and mostly depression. Though I feel awful in my depression days, I prefer that, over full blown Manic. My dad was bipolar also. He suffered with manic episodes a lot and had to be hospitalized every time because he was psychotic in his manic state. In those days it was tabu, so my mom told os to say that our dad was away on hiking trip, she was scared of being stigmatized (hope it's the right word)
Sounds interesting with your beaded kit, have fun and joy with that. Happy stitching to you too and thanks for commenting ❤️

Totally understand about arthritis. My hands have been crafting for almost 60 years and arthritis and carpal tunnel has taken its toll. I have also had a right shoulder surgery. After a short time of cross stitching and knitting, I have to put it aside for a time. I used to knit for hours, but I can't anymore. Oh well. That's life.
I also have S.A.D. (seasonal affective disorder). Winter time is not my favourite time of the year. I need the sun. I always say God must of made me a weed, I need sun. Lol
So excited you started the green lady.

Your stitching is beautiful and I enjoy hearing about your life. I completely understand your challenges; I'm having a hard time finding joy in the things I used to find so exciting. Stitching was always a respite for me, but I'm finding I lose interest quickly, no matter how anxious I was to get started. Things are changing so fast these days, I find it's hard to keep up and stay in the moment. Bless you keep working on your beautiful project!

I can really relate. Especially if I'm in a depression fase, I seem to loose interest in everything I usually loves. For me, the best thing is to keep doing them, just a little bit every day. Thank you for commenting ❤️

Thank you for your video always nice to hear your updates & seeing what you’re stitching on. The green lady project will look beautiful. I have arthritis not just one kind unfortunately along with other health issues. I had received a lowery stand best thing for my hands I’ve tried other kinds but also arthritis in neck & a shoulder injury years ago still gives grief but I’m not giving up stitching again. I had knitted many things over the years but because of my hands I’m not doing much of that these days. Rheumatologist gives injections in my thumb joints which helped a lot for some time then go get some more. Yes be nice to get more sunshine. I’m glad you’re getting back to running which you enjoy so much. Take Care. 😊❤

I can across your channel and loved it. I know I will be returning. I am a cross stitcher and have thought about trying the stamped ones but am afraid I would not be able to do them. I stitch most of my cross stitch projects in hand, I don’t know if my hands would hold up. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate them. Keep stitching!!! 🪡🪡🪡

Thank you very much and a big welcome ❤️ You should just go for it, it is relaxing in another way to do the stamped one. The fabric tends to be more stiff because of the ink, but I think fx Spring brand and also Joy Sunday brand has nice aida fabric.

@paulamellott9118. definitely try the stamped. It is relaxing, it’s very easy to follow once you give it a try.
Also, try arthritis fingerless gloves. I have bad arthritis & carpal tunnel in my hands/wrist. The gloves help so much. I got mine on Amazon and not very expensive.. Happy stitching! Blessings

Its different- i am a counted cross stitcher using a hoop or q snap- trying no hoop on stamped- scared- i tried a needle point when i was younger and the fabric warped! I am praying it doesnt happens with these! 😬
