I am always amazed at renter's who neglect the yard and if truth be told it is the same for the inside of the house. I have rented many times and always treat the yard and home as if it were my own. I love everything neat and clean, inside and out.
As a life longer renter, I am shocked at how the property was disrespected. I'm not a great gardener but we have always kept the yard mowed and garbage not left out. If I had an issue with upkeep I would talk to the landlord to find a solution. oh, and I have two children and pets! thank you for sharing the clean up with us.
I agree, Dorthy! I have left the rental properties I've lived in, with respectable gardens. Not because I'm a pro-gardener, but because I love doing what I can to be surrounded by a pretty space - you LIVE there after all! These types of renters should just live in flats - it's not like their children and pets can enjoy this mess...
I have had rental properties for years. They will not take care of the yard! ( With the rare exceptions)Had to call them all the time. Received note from the city and everything. Finally went up on the rent and got a company to start mowing weekly. Much better now.
I have rented on and off over the years but I also owed homes in between. Some of the rentals were disgusting and really shabby when I moved in. But I believe when you use something that doesn’t belong to you, you should treat it better than your own. When I vacated properties they were always in better condition than when I moved in with the gardens and lawns looking immaculate. My pride won’t allow me to leave it any other way and I don’t understand how anyone can be that disrespectful. Just wanted you to know there is a rare one out there 😜
Wow! You have me as a subscriber. What a perfect demonstration of why you should walk your property before mowing to find all of the hidden treasures just waiting to make your day. Even then, you may not find them all. A chipped blade, broken spindle, or worse may be right in front of you. Great job! From Mississippi, USA.
Nice Job! This was really overgrown and the mud ruts, yikes! So happy you allow your work to do all the talking. Some lawn channels have yappers .. usually mute them.
Wow my landlord was lucky then that’s why I got presents at Christmas. I decorated the yard tack fully and they loved it. As well as maintained it. But I’m a clean person. They even let me have a dog later on. When I see people trashing things it gets me so mad 😡
What a difference. That looks fantastic. I simply cannot believe someone would disrespect their home like that. As long as they pay rent, it’s their home. A chair…in the tree…come on. You did an awesome job bringing it back to it’s former glory, especially after all that rain. It looked a little like a mud pit in places. Fantastic video! Thank you for sharing. Be safe out there. Looking forward to the next one. ❤️
I have watched so many yard lawn videos yours and others I do not remember watching this one so doing it again. I liked it the first time as I do on all videos so I can remember if I have seen it or not. I usually can look at the thumb pic and remember the video but for the life of me can't remember this one so watching all over again.
Great transformation. 👏 I just don't understand some people. I was always taught to care for the places I lived in as if they were my own. I have owned and rented and never treated the yards any different. Actually, I think the places I have rented looked better then the place I now own. 😅 And that's saying something.
Fico feliz que vc usa protetor pra canela e máscara. A maioria não usa. Ficam mandando todo aquele pó pros pulmões. Parabéns pelo capricho, tanto pra como pro terreno. Vc sabe trabalhar. Muito bom.
You do a really good job 👏🏼. However, maybe limit the long distance shots. Just enough to give perspective; after that it's kind of boring. I think switching shots from one place to another was confusing. I got it after awhile but I think that's what made another viewer think there were 2 of you. Hope this helps with the filming/ editing.
How often should one mow a lawn in your neck of the woods, just to keep on top of things? So far, this summer, I’ve only needed to mow 4x, as we have short summers. Nasty driveway
after all that your blade will probably need sharpening. At least you got a little scooter out of the deal. Those poor people. Their investment destroyed. Imagine what the inside looks like. No door. broken window.
If in the lease that stipulates that the renter is responsible for mowing the grass, then it’s the landowners responsibility to maintain it. It’s usually the landowner that doesn’t follow through. I have been there.
I am new so I am catching up on the ones I missed LOL This is sweet. Did you put their lawn table and chairs back down on the concrete for them? Were they surprised by your work?
Not to be offensive to anyone but I hope you are getting paid for this job? Doesn’t matter how elderly they are anyone who can afford an investment property isn’t doing it tough. Renters only have to maintain the lawns and yard at their cost if it’s specifically notated in the rental agreement otherwise it’s the landlords responsibility. It’s a pity that the art was let go no matter who was supposed to be caring for it but you did a great job once again Steve well done
@@mowingwithsteve well you did a great job over all ,but yes your editing needs work..but I guess the work done is the most important part and you excelled at that.
@@karengossett1475 shame on you for being so picky..my statement might help the guy..he said he was just getting started and learning how to do the editing ,so back off Attilla...He did a wonderful job ...if you can't help someone then you're useless.
Ya know Steve if you would have walked the property there would have been no need to stop and stat picking up items in the grass.. a weed eater job not a mower for how muddy n wet it is

Yes l agree it's your home safe, warm and somewhere to relax away from the outside world some people don't know how lucky they are to rent a home

Hi Debi, thank you for sharing, it’s good that you hired someone to maintain your investment. You can claim it all back.

Exactly what my Dad started doing! Up the rent and hire a lawn crew to maintain. Stated best idea he had in years!

Once again….fanTAStic transformation Steve! Great job.
Wow, what a difference, nice job
They need to put a driveway in, then no mud, you did a stunning job Steve..
I agree, again the landowner not taking care of the property.
What an amazing transformation Steve. Very well done. Subscriber from Clearwater, Florida USA
THANK YOU. ❤️🇦🇺❤️
humans are so trashy and not tidy, so great job you did for these older owners! i hope the renters were kicked out!

Great job young fella, you never know what's in the long grass, but it wouldn't have been a snake as the tenants had left. Lol

It's a nice house and fairly big yard.
Great transformation ❤️🤍💙
You do amazing work. Great job.
Cool cleaner Garden Back yard in cut grass perfect Work Tank you.

Oh wow I just saw 2 lawnmowers at the back of the house, what are they for “decorations “? Jeez🙄 mowing lawns is a great way to exercise.

My girlfriend was watching you and she said looks like he's robbing the house he's got a thing on his face I said yeah he's taking all the grass
Permission to steal grass 😂

So sad for them poor people I bet the garden was so nice until the tenants ruined it
Every time you tromped that grass, all I could think was....snakes! Doesn't that ever cross your mind? Or spiders?!
Awesome job 💯❤️
Great job. It looked like the renters ruined the lawn where they drove on it.
They did

The owner was really happy with the work but the table and chairs belong to the old tenant.
Another successful mission !

No path out to the clothes line or driveway slabs to clean up?

If the owners are older and unable to care for the property themselves, it may be time to cash in that investment.
Why rent to people who wont look after the house n yard. Surely there are good renters out there.

Most that stuff on back porch needs to be thrown out.
Just curious.....is it against the law to blow grass onto the roadway in Australia?
Wasn't accusing you 😁
If tenants still live there , they should be evicted !
They left before I got there
Were there 2 guys or just one, ...it jumped from one job back to another and back to the first one...confusing!

Never rely on renters to take care of your property…too risky.
Big yard for a tenant to cut
Fico assistindo os videos e me pergunto. Areas tao grande. Se fosse aqui no Brasil tinha mais coisas construida no terreno.
Parabéns pelo serviços.
