Where are u guys, miz ur contents...🥺🥺🥺
Always a good day when Haeppy uploads a video 😍
Thank you bex!
8years what a learning curve lol
This is what happens when you're not much a tourist hahahahhahahaa You don't experience touristy things :P
Um that food is moving 😳😳😳
I’ve heard that the tentacles can get stuck in your throat too 💀 Octopus revenge!
That's what makes it fun hehe
Seoul markets are Same looking with any other markets in Korea ohhh interesting~~
Cooked liver is very good IF it's high-quality liver from pastured-raised animals that weren't fed corn, soy or grains. And of course, it must not be overcooked so it gets dry & crumbly. I'm actually planning to make a batch of pork liver pâté tomorrow. All organ meats from well-raised animals are very high in nutrients. I always hated liver growing up, then I finally got to try beef liver from a well-raised cow several yrs ago & it was delish! How the animal was raised makes all the difference in terms of how the organ meats taste. But even high-quality raw liver tastes nasty to me. It needs to be sautéed in butter or pork fat & onions -- that's a good meal!
Omg I'd love to try actually good liver. I LOVE organ meats of all kinds hahaha
Hrrrrrrm I bet it smells awesome there! 🥰
Funny enough, I don't actually remember the smell :P
What happened to Xander?
He’s moved on and is doing video production.
Good thing I'm already eating cause this made me even hungrier. Loving the videos Haeppy. ☺️
Heheheh yay!!! Thanks for watching~
What a great video! Definitely want to check out the markets when I go to Korea.
Do it do it! But try to not come during summer because it's SUPER hot and humid, makes the whole thing a very uncomfortable experience
I miss your videos Sir Haeppy
your energy and vibes are so fun! thank you for making this video, taking note of all these dishes for when i come to gwangjang market 😍
Do you know what happened to MJ_EK? Hopefully shes still flying
No clue, but I've heard rumors that are not so good :( But since they're rumors, I don't want to talk about them in case it's not true
That is a good question, what to eat 😆 thanks for sharing, much love from Singapore 💕
More to come! Lots of restaurants to review/showcase haha
is that Julie?
Yes! That's Julie! hehehehehehe
Looks pretty good dude. Thanks for the recommendations. Fancy and quality as always.
Thanks!
I use to eat raw tripe when I was little. But now, I just can't. I would boil it and marinate it with the same marination for bulgogi. Try it, it's delicious.
Oooooo, I actually love the Cantonese style of tripe served in dimsum, but I have no idea how to explain it. You should defos try that if you have the chance too!
I don't really like bulgogi marinade :P But thanks for the tip anyway!
Growing up my dad would make the raw meat. He had Korean friends. It's yummy! I cannot with the liver or tripe. I cannot eat organs, cooked or raw!
Oh wow! Why not?! Organ meats are soooo gooooodddd
@@Haeppy I see them as filters to process then eliminate. I knew someone that would eat ground cow heart instead of ground beef. Um, no thanks!
@@cherylmedeiros6287 interesting! But organ meats are super dense in nutrients! But I guess mentally if you can't get over the "gross" factor then ya hahahah no need to eat it!
@@Haeppy yeah I think being forced to eat liver growing up made me not eat it. Also I think raw fish is nasty! I only eat will eat it cooked. Lmao!
What camera does he use?
Usually, I use a very expensive setup, but this time it wasn't available so I had to use the sony zv1! A nice little point and shoot (the best point n shoot on the market right now.)
These are places difficult to go alone as a traveller. It would be better have Korean friends as tour guides. Sad for me haha
nah your fine going alone, just learn one phrase; hana juseyo, then some body language and there should be no problem ordering.
Julie (the other person in the video who shows up in the form of mostly hands) actually booked us a tour guide for this place. You're not wrong about needing a Korean tho because nothing was in English here... which is really strange since it's supposed to be a tourist spot
@@Halvtooth that’s some good but general advice, coz I went to Korea once few years ago, alone, knowing a few more phrases than 안녕하세요, but still wasn’t good enough for these very local places. Probably I was too timid, not being the best traveller
@@Haeppy tourist spot for Koreans haha. In HK there are also some local places difficult for foreigners. I can sympathise
❤❤Your channel is literally my comfort place. You make me so happy. Love you 🤗❤
I love to go to Korea🇰🇷. I love BTS ❤Jjajangmyeon🍝, Tteokbokki, noodle🥤, Kimuchi, Samgyeopsal🤤❤
thank you for sticking around!!
