Poor camera. 😥 The defendant turned his back, and the camera said to itself, "I can't do this. This clown isn't even funny."🤡 And then the camera jumped to it's demise.
The defendant is giving hater vibes. I got that when the plaintiff's video was being played and evryone was laughing and he was sitting there stoned faced😅
Judge Mathis was waiting for an opportunity to cut up. He be creating drama by antagonizing the litigants so they can have a reaction that he can feed off of. His rant was stupid. Lots of things fall without people touching it. Not saying the defendant isn’t responsible because the camera was in his possession.
Judge Mathis don’t like when people make statements that are obviously not believable he’s a judge at the end of the day so that kind of seems that they are playing on his intelligence that he would even believe that
I'm sorry but ummmm...nobody else concerned that the woman in the prank seemed like she wanted to help the "fugitive" escape capture? She defnitely for the streets 😂
THE DEFENDANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CAMERA AND SHOWS NO CONCERN ABOUT THE CAMERA GETTING BROKEN THAT HIS FRIEND LET HIM BORROW. THE DEFENDANT IS JUST A BAD FRIEND. 👎 😮
Dang….Judge was kind of harsh for no reason. He could have simply told the defendant that regardless to if he did it or not, he’s still liable for it since it was in the defendant’s care during the time that it was broken. He didn’t have to get all nasty.
Not really, the way he responded would of made anybody be slick back to him. He had zero accountability of someone else property that got damaged in his care. He’s too grown to be babying!
Nah dude seem cool but he definitely needs a reality check about morals. It seems harsh to watch but it was all caused by his reaction to the situation.
Many, if not most people have narcissistic traits. There is a difference between having narcissistic traits and being clinically diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder. So, in the line of educating Black people on narcissism, can you explain exactly what you mean by the characterization of the defendant as a baby narcissist? EDIT: Also, what criteria are you using to deem or diagnose someone as a narcissist. My OPPOSITE OPINION is that Black and every other kind of people throw that term narcissist around waaaaayyyy too freely and loosely.
@@sereneamani1713 I am fully aware of the difference between narcissistic traits and antisocial personality disorder (which is the clinical diagnosis for a person with pathological narcissism). Trust me. I'm no novice to this disorder, and black people, especially, need to wake up, stop pretending like nothing is wrong with ourselves or our loved ones (especially our children) and educate ourselves on this dangerous and pervasive disorder that (as I stated) is growing like a weed right under our noses.
@@tangelacarter6620 Thank you for responding with knowledgeable information. I do disagree with APD being the clinical dx for pathological narcissism. Narcissistic Personality Disorder is the clinical dx for pathological narcissism. I would say that APD could be considered as a differential diagnosis for NPD. My main issue as alluded to in my original comment is that the term is misunderstood and overused by man. I am going to take a chance and give my e-mail address. I will keep it up for a few minutes in hopes that you will get it and use it. I would like to discuss this matter further. EDIT I took it down after leaving it up for 30 min.
These young kids today like to play all these prank games until someone ends up dead. There was this guy who played a prank recently who was shot in the stomach as a result of one of his pranks and narrowly escaped death. The internet and social media has ruined the world but particularly it's been the one of the worst things to happen to the black community.
The problem is that the black community has been impacted and suffered the most as a result of social media and the internet. This is a community that was well divided before social media came about but now that divide has grown exponentially as a result if it. Other races could afford to have the internet and social media effect their lives but unfortunately we can't and you see that playing out everywhere today.
@@adrianknight1406 It is always so interesting to me when YOU use the pronoun "WE" when referring to the Black community. The community that you've expressed hatred of half (more or less) of them (WOMEN).
Did he say huge misconception….? He ain’t that bright either! A huge misunderstanding maybe. I do think it was an accident however, he need to pay for the camera being that it “broke by itself” while loaned to him.
The JM show pays the judgment. The two friends found a good way to get the camera paid for, regardless of the source of its demise. For all the commenters calling the defendant narcissistic, jealous, troublemaker, etc., you do realize that you're looking at televised court for entertainment purposes and for people to get paid, get trips, etc.?
Demarre (the defendant) definitely watches Judge Mathis. He knows you give a little background about your relationship with the plaintiff, admit your shortcomings, if the plaintiff is doing good things give them praise then stop right before the lawsuit so the plaintiff can explain the case....but then after that he must've turned the TV off bcuz we see how the case ended for him.
Missed opportunity for the judge to educate him rather than snap on him. He's young and misguided with his logic. Explaining that since it was loaned to him it's his responsibility whatever. His logic was off, I didn't get that he was trying to be slick. Judge went in to quick on him.
Girl please my black people to comfortable with prisoners and all that bs.. if a prisoner ran up on me talking about can he use my phone I’m running. She out there talking to him and being friendly girl bye nah I’m good.
There's YOU and there's HER. There's reality and there's prankism. Sometimes (not always), it's not comforability, but rather knowledge of the American Prison System.
"The camera broke itself!"....at this point, Demarre knew he F'd up! 🤣😂🤣😂
Great verdict. The defendant was jealous as hell.
Even if he did have insurance on his camera, 📷 if you broke it you would still be responsible.
and that hateful statement let you know he deliberately broke his friend's camera.
The prank was cool but when she added "at the duck pond..." 😂😂😂😂
Poor camera. 😥 The defendant turned his back, and the camera said to itself, "I can't do this. This clown isn't even funny."🤡

Too late

I needed to hear this ❤
Thank you! 🫶🏿
That was very nice of him to loan a $3200 camera. Look how thankful he was 😒
That prank was funny. Can't believe she let him use the phone
She seemed very concerned for him to not get caught 😂😂😂😂
She sat with him and talked
The defendant is giving hater vibes. I got that when the plaintiff's video was being played and evryone was laughing and he was sitting there stoned faced😅
He might have seen it a few times already
It wasn't funny though.
"Let's see who you going to be broke right now" 😂😂😂 You!!! Why judge mathis sound like pops from house party
😂😂😂

I agree but the defendant deserved it

That's a little dangerous prank. She helped him make a phone call. 😂😂 What?
The defendant is a troublemaker. he even admitted it. Lesson learned for the Plantiff. You can't trust everybody.
The defendant is definitely a hater. Plaintiff need to stay away from him..
He cared about YOUR career and let you use his camera...now Pay Up Part-Na! 🤸
I'm sorry but ummmm...nobody else concerned that the woman in the prank seemed like she wanted to help the "fugitive" escape capture? She defnitely for the streets 😂
It’ll be nice if judge hatchett and judge Mathis seasons was available for streaming
He ain't break the camera. You did lil boy! So why him not having insurance matters. Get your own camera if you gone be that reckless and insensitive!
Oh no !! No pranks at a prison!! Not a good choice!!
Especially not in Texas...that could have gone so badly! 😖
The prank wasn't at a prison though
Omg relax
He broke it out of jealously
I think it might have just been an accident but Judge Mathis never let him speak so I guess the world will never know.
I agree.
THE DEFENDANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CAMERA AND SHOWS NO CONCERN ABOUT THE CAMERA GETTING BROKEN THAT HIS FRIEND LET HIM BORROW. THE DEFENDANT IS JUST A BAD FRIEND. 👎 😮
Two young men with a lot of potential! 🙏🏾
So glad to see some well spoken black men. Theyre both gonna be successful later on in life.
He's pretty funny. Good on him!
JM line up is in point

The camera probably committed suicide because the defendant was so toxic
😂😂😂 awesome skit kid
Bro if he let you use his camera, if anything happen to it you are responsible
Its friday, I'm here
Hey it's me!! That clown broke my camera I'm glad Judge Mathis understood what was right

don't borrow from people because when it breaks in your possession, u must pay

He should not have said the camera broke itself. 😩
Where can we watch the older seasons from back in the day? I just want a explanation on why the old episodes aren’t available now?
Because. That's all the reason you need.

Not funny Judge Mathis! He didn’t mean any harm!
The plaintiff makes me so proud alot of the new generation is like him n that's so promising ❤

I have some pretty expensive cameras and lenses myself. I’ll be damn if I loan it out. Insurance or not.

Both really inspiring young men. I appreciate the plaintiffs talent, funny prank. I think the defendent should try politics or law.
The defendant was right after the judgement when he said that prank wasn't funny.
The prank was funny
3000 dollars!! He is nice. I would not have loaned it to anyone.
What does his suggestion of having insurance on the camera have to do with his negligence twards the camera?
Judge Mathis be so annoying sometimes omg
Wow smh..
