Secondly learn these two lines first don't Jude book by it's cover or don't jump onto any conclusion directly. Now listen , I have many friends who are in IIT, some are doing mba, some are in MBBs, some are lawyers, some are in business, some in govt job. So I don't consider only those frnds of mine intelligent who are in IIT. all others frnd f mine frm various fields r also intelligent n I consider all equally talented .. I also know talent is there in every field. We all people from various fields need to get collected to serve the nation together. I never meant to say that only talent exist in iit or only iit ppl can serve the nation. I just appreciated the people who cracked iitB bcz I know how much hard it is to make it into iitB. How could be that confident that your company is gonna afford iitians more than Google does..
First of all the reservation system based on caste should be removed completely. Only one reservation of lets say 50% to ECONOMICALLY BACKWARD people should be employed. This will ensure that only those students who deserve these institutes, actually gets them. Also if possible IN PLACE of reservation these student should be given financial help for tution fees and studies. And the exam would have same cutoff marks for everyone.

IITian guys, the main struggling life has started. Every engineering varsity is a place of pressure cooker! So be carefull about not getting depressed. Enjoy and in a parallel way try to walk with the flow of academic studies. Your expectations will be more rigorous and robust.
