Fern, my white Boxer dog, is an accredited service dog under the 1992 DD act. She holds special access rights to be allowed to enter places most dogs cannot. Too funny, go Zoe. Love your garden.
Watching that dirt swirl around the pan is very hypnotic
I do it for fun now
@@VoGusProspecting I wanna see that footage, but done by The Slowmo Guys :D
Bro....you are now my idol when it comes to prospecting 🙌🏼. I caught the fever 4 months ago and started panning my local creek, to chasing quartz outcropings with oxidized minerals, and now im onto ancient gravel beds. Thing is, ive been going about it alone since day one just watching over informative vids on youtube and local mining reports (no clue) and my fever is starting to break now. The work I put in just isnt worth it....so I thought. Until I watched ur vid's and you not only explained the situations well, you also show just exactly how hard you wanna throw a pick into a creek bed and the true amount of work it takes. 👌🏼 glad I found ur channel bro, thank you! Youre sach is rad!
You are as tenacious as they come Chris, man you put in the hours. I trust in the small gold, we can find bigger gold but not always, but the fine gold is always there in abundance.
Even running my little excavator I’m happy with a few grams or so a day. Great video man!
Thanks man, would be nice to hunt your ground. I'd love to sample those benches with a drill.
@@VoGusProspecting I would just love that absolutely any day.
I love how genuinely happy and excited you are about the gold. It shows the pure love you have for what you do. Plus, who isn't excited about finding gold? Much happy, such gold!
Nothin like a surprise nug! I agree, that mini garret pan needs a wider inner diameter. I just use mine for the final couple passes when cleaning up, all its good for. Thanks for the videos
Dude I freaking love how zoe's plants was hanging with chains in doll arms. Sweet. We are .. Very few and far in between, are us.....
Same here!
Shine bright as gold
Another awesome video with some great gold Chris. Sweet shirt too. I agree with ya on the wide bottom for finish panning. I use a 14 inch black pan often. all I have is fine flour and flat flakes in the creeks by me.
Micro or massive, If its a hobby you enjoy, then the rewards will always make you happy no matter the outcome and best of all your doing with a friend. Love the hanging cactus garden best part of the video........
Love the shirt Chris and the gold lol 👍👍😘🤗
You got some NICE GOLD today mate. Great video👍👍👍👍👍
I agree with the wide base black pans, I have two sizes and work great. Working New Mexico waters.
Awesome stuff chris great to see the bigger peices showing up in your pan for u hope the lucky streak continues my good friend
So happy for the Lil Nuggie
The planters are awesome!
Nice gold more there then it looked. love the shirt
😂
just got off work, it's just after midnight here in oklahoma.. and BAM!!! Vo-Gus has a new video for me to wind down too, and feed this new found gold itch! lol. much love!
Top job, great watching you shows, thx for sharing.
Nice nugs, Chris! Shirt was hilarious too. ;D
Wow congratulations
I like your movie. Chris every time thank you.
Another great video Chris, keep em comming Bud
Quality gold recovery 👌🏻without finding a frog 🐸 too. Hedgehogs must be bad luck because I went out last week and thought i had a good day. When i got home a Hedgehog was sat on my doorstep.....all i found was about 16 lead shots. 🤣🤣😂👍🏻⚒🏴
Them Garret pans are made for nervous people, i like the black pan also.
Nice result, hope the floods bring you some more chunky monkeys like two you found this time around. Thx for the upload.
I hope so too
Great to see some chunky gold coming from your area cheers Glenno
Great find Chris! Get those big peices left out there bud! Cant wait till you the banker out there! Nice shirt!lol!
You and me both!
I watched Dan Hurd's latest video from 50° North where it was freeze-your-butt-off cold. The next video was yours from 40° (I'm guessing) South where you're in shorts and a fly-protecting scarf. I'm glad to watch videos from both extremes!
Literal polar opposites
Very cool congrats Chris can’t wait to see what’s on the bottom I also don’t get bigger sizes like that yet but I know they are in the spot I go just gotta find em thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏻👊🏻
awesome video I love how you show the spot under the rock where the nug came out and explain it all really well congrats on the nice nugs
Congrats another great day of fishing :)
I hope you strike it big !!!
Wow, thank you for taking me with you and sharing this lucky moments!

Doll arm pots are fine. My kids Mum has a collection of 250+ barbie doll heads in small glass jars stacked along one of her bedroom walls.
awesome finds always informative . Update to my gold recovery efforts i have classified from rocks by using standard classifier and pan underneath. The bigger rocks put into a bucket to have the GM1000 run over see if we missed anything. Also ran through a colander into a sieve to classify down and placed into a different bucket to pan down another time. Probably could have done the GM1000 but have to come off meds for surgery during this week so i stopped as my head was not in the game . The same could be said for the 1/4 bucket of cons but i do not trust my panning skill or sluicing ability just yet. I will wait till have meet up with a few people and worked on my skills so i am confident i am not blowing out some good gold. That probably happen till the new year as my xmas gift is two stints in hospital before xmas.
All the best wishes for your two stints in hospital before Christmas. We only have 12 days to go for Christmas and they are going to bounce you in and out twice. Remind them that you are a person and not a basketball.
@@markfryer9880 thank you
awesome pieces as pauly would say shiny candy hope many more nuggets to come
You make me laugh, love your videos ty
Love those Batea pans. I own everyone on the market. My best one is the mini Batea from OZI GOLD
My fav is the one in this video
All the gold I find is so small. I don't expect much when going out...I do it for the hobby. Even the small stuff I do manage to find gets me excited.
Chris, I love how you got excited after you found that little nugget it made me excited to👍. you've got to come up to South East Queensland soon, i know some mad spots with you name on it
Sound good to me. Wait till this covid craps done with
I agree with you. it's a mad world that we live in at the moment😂
It might also pay to wait until the current rain storm event has left, but shouldn't that also potentially expose more nuggets?
Mark fryer, warwick aka thane creek or opposing gold fields around there would be good but gympie will be ther way to go at the moment
Hi gus, love the shirt and the quirky garden. I'm planning on camping along several spots on the Murray river. Would there be gold by detecting by any chance. Cheers Steve
Nice finds Chris seems to be ur hitting an avg of .5 of a gram awesome keep up the hard work
There's quite a few cleanups you don't see here too. I'm averaging about .75 an outing. At the moment. Most days are closer to the gram when I'm mining and not prospecting. But there are many days I come back with .3 .4 etc
The panning is great, the gold is awesome especially those nuggets. Your shirt is a hoot 👍
Hooters.
I love the Garrett pans also but I don't like the small one myself also. Nice gold.
Thanks 👍
Sweet vid m8, loved the music at the beginning, one we used a few times. Peace!
I see gold in ur mat still! Oh no.. 😆 🤣
What you see on camera and what I see in reality look very different 😊
Hello from Pike's Peak Colorado!
Vogus do a trip to Victoria and do some exploring
I live in Vic mate.
Love the shirt and awesome idea for the succulents 😂😂👌🏼🍻
I would be interested in a pile of gemstones and such for a treasure chest im making for my daughter. She would love that.
Official name. Bogger. Great name for a little chunk.
Another great piece of content keep them coming thanks Chris
Really like your content Chris, great video as usual.
I love you shirt brother they are hanging low
Went panning today with my bro got the fever!
Heck yes 👍 just got my biggest nugget ever! Love the videos. Informational, funny, and enjoyable as always. Keep up the good work!!!
Great work mate! How big?
@@VoGusProspecting wish I could post a pick but if you go to my channel I have a video of it. Not the best quality videos Forest Service employees don’t make much but prospecting is my passion and escape. Thanks for commenting back. Best of luck in your adventures.
Love your shirt lol
Im itchin to get out. Winter in Montana sucks
Congrats on nugs! Ya ever heard of the falcon finishing pan? Might want to play with that one some time.
What is that?
@@VoGusProspecting Guess that means you have NOT heard of it M8. It is a very wide bottom, small blue pan for working your small fine gold. They are on E bay. Think you might give it a try!!!!
Love the shirt.
me too mate
The batea pan next to that 5 gallon bucket displays the scale. I didn’t realize t was that massive.
Hello nice to meet you. Ive watched a few of your videos and starting to watch back log . Firstly just wanted to say thank you you are inspirational. And I have been wondering what is black sand? Do you think if you have never tried gold panning you should just grab a pan and go to your local creek and have a go ! Or would that just be silly? 🤷♂️
Oh Doc would be proud Chris, and just in time for his tenth anniversary in business!!!
Think you need to work a little harder on the creek, those pecs are looking a little saggy 😂
Another awesome video dawg....
Peace!!!
Just a touch saggy
As usual Chris amazing gold 🍻⚖️⛏
Cheers mate
creepiest garden ever
Great video, Man......!!!
Snowing here atm, looks like you could use some of this cold.
I hate the heat
very useful information friends ,, !! where is this location, friend ?? lots of gold ,, !! greetings from the Indonesian Traditional Gold Finder ,, 🇲🇨🇲🇨🇲🇨🙋💞💕👍
Got to agree, Garrett pans suck. Keen pans are my favorite but also love those black pans as well.
Love your video's Chris so therapeutic keep it up, you Levi and Pauly make up my top 3 obviously your no1 wish there were gold near me so I could practice all that you guys have taught me say hi to zoe for me maybe a scratch behind the ear, keep going dude you're awesome
Hello V.G.P., Congrats - good finds, for sure!! Okay, you've probably said it before me asking, but what's the reason you use the brush (I know, you're just brushing up on gold panning🤣)??? Be safe, take care, "God Bless", sincerely, Randy. 👍👍🙏🏻😇👊
To free the gold off the bottom of the pan from drying.
@@VoGusProspecting Ah, that makes sense now. I thought it was just for show.
That's a "Grizzly" nugget!😊🐕
I have no doubt this planet has billions more tons of large gold. Just getting to it is our bump in the road
Very nice man, that’s a damn good day in my book 😁🤙👊
I'm still looking forward to the high banking video!!!!
Awesome
Nice goooold man for just a few pans. I've been looking at the batea pan kit on eBay. It looks a lot easier than a conventional pan. You get the batea, a classifier and a canny good looking finishing pan for £49.95. I hope santy can fit it down the chimney😂👍 have you used the finishing pan before and how do you rate it? Ps like the shirt😂😂💛
Umm...would like for you to get your other pupper in the videos when your cleaning at home. Need some k9 love at all times.
Yo bro!
Diggin ya shit!!
Keep on the, KEEPIN it ON! 😎 👍🏽 🍻
Hey Chris. I am new to prospecting and I was just curious as to why you would use a 10inch pan over a 14inch pan for clean ups? Thanks for all the educational content you put out I really enjoy your videos. 🤙
It reacts to fine movements better and you need those fine movements to clean the gold without washing it away.
@@VoGusProspecting understood thank you again.
Sorry I was too busy admiring your shirt👀.. those pickers were very nice..
It's a distracting shirt.
New vogus shirt?
@@VoGusProspecting It is indeed distracting.
I’m not a big fan of my multi sluice. Seems kinda finicky. Looks like 500 sitting on my bench.... on another note I found a 1934 silver quarter in my pan yesterday!! Whoooop
That's why I use dream mat 99% of the time for cleanups. Just doing something a little different this time.
Ever sit back with a cold one and do the math on how many gems you have tossed out looking for the fine sparkly stuff? A couple large sapphires could change your outlook.
No not really. We check our tailings for stuff like this.
@@VoGusProspecting Was just curious as I see so many tossing the big stuff from classifying creekside. Also have to remember, not every red stone is agate either. Gold and ruby's like the same geology. I'm in the NE US where there is little of either but I am fascinated by all of it. I would imagine a bit of a learning curve and self butt kicking is had when starting out.
What kind & where can I get that blue pan & classifer set at I like the snakeskin part would like to try one. Thanks. & wow that was a nice nugget woohoo nice shirt lol

THAT'S OUR KIND OF CANDY-SWEET TOOTH MINERS
Hola amigo saludos desde colombia!
Brilliant nuggets you found there dude , really enjoyed the vid, keep digging to them whoppers down deep , peace ✌️ 🌴😎💀
Cheers dude!
Chris, do you have a link to you yabby pump. Really like that one you use. Mostly because it looks stainless
Called a Willsons Bait Pump
Wouldn't swerling that vigorously cause the gold to go out with the dirt?
Nope.
First stratification sinks the gold to the very bottom. It also layersit from heaviest to lightest.
This layering puts a thick layer of heavies on top of the gold.
Those heavies protect the gold while the lighter stuff is removed.
Hey Chris, question for you. I have a very small creek that I have been working off and on for a little while it runs through our land and I know that nobody has worked this area for a very long time and I have found gold in it many micro gold in it, just within the first 12 to 18" should I keep digging deeper to see if any more are farther down? Your feed back means a lot to me. Thanks for all of your videos
Yes, you must try to reach either a false bottom (clay with no rock in it) or bedrock. Test each soil change seperatly
Hey Chris thanks for your insight I'll do some more digging and maybe I'll score some nice yellow like you. Have A Happy Holiday
Lmao nice tshirt Chris or should I say that's a bonza set o norks you got there...lmao
Saggy you mean
Ahoj Chris. everytime I see you video, I have gold fever rising, I want to jump into car with all my stuff and dig even one micro piece...
Well, this winter will be very long fo me...
I really would like to work with you as a volunteer. I even would pay for it. To learn from the best gold hunter ever would be a great honor. Sorry just daydreaming. Go on making your videos the are so much better than all this gold rush stuff. Good luck and stay safe bro.
That shirt, lmao.
