@@Servicetutorials M-am uitat pe tot site-ul, nu gasesc nimic despre motorasul care actioneaza clapeta care directioneaza aerul pentru degivrare parbriz la Jetta 2008 1.9, ai idee care dintre ele e? Singura problema este ca nu se deschide clapeta care directioneaza aerul spre degivrare parbriz, se aude un ticait continuu, ca si cum motorasul incearca sa deschida clapeta si nu reuseste!

@@Servicetutorials The other actuator I have from my VW T5 has a different potentiometer, more of a board than the one in this video but can't find any information, it's a MES 52411483R05 or the other number is MES 43325.211, not much information on the board inside, has a number of F-161050 any help with this one would be great, thanks (having another look the sensor might be an RDC503)

Salut! Le-am cumpărat pe cele de pe Amazon însă nu s-au potrivit exact. A trebuit să rup o bucățică din plasticul lor că sunt puțin mai scurte însă și după asta, când motorașul ajunge la unul dintre capete, forțează peste limită și tot țăcăne. Am făcut resetarea cu cele doua butoane de pe clima și tot la fel face. Cu potențiometrul original se oprește corect și nu încearcă să depășească limita. Pe potențiometrele de pe Amazon scrie 120 B 4K7. Pot face ceva sau iau alte motorașe cu totul? Mulțumesc.
@@luciferthedjm-am gândit și la asta... Am aparate audio la care am aplicat acest tratament și au fost ok o perioadă lungă. Problema e că aceste servomotoare necesită f multă muncă pt a fi date jos (în special v158 🤦♂️ la care am ajuns la 1 înjurătură /secundă) așa că aș prefera un potențiometru nou, să nu mai umblu acolo vreodată!

Do you know which part I need to change ? I think it's a ventilation flap that doesn't open but I don't know which part to change and I would like to avoid bringing it to volkswagen for that.. Proper potentiometers with 120 degree operational range are not available. You can replace it with ~300 degree version but it will not work for V158 or V159, adaptation fails.
U sure? I just ordered one RD602B028A FP01-WDK02 4.7K from aliexpress! Anyway Is there a procedure to repair the broken potentiometer (carbon buildup i think)?
@@Gregorio.E.Ventura I am sure. You might find Alps potentiometers from aliexpress but they must have marking 120-136C or 120-137C printed on them. Please ask seller to confirm that you get those and nothing else. They usually send randomly similar looking potentiometers and printing might not mach. Those Alps potentiometers are slighty different and you need to cut of some plastics to get them fit. There is no way to fix old one to last very long, They are worn out for ever. You may try some contact spray but it won't help for a long time.

In my 2014 Passat, I get heat not cold air from drivers’ side vent. Is that one of these actuators, if so, which ? Thx.
No need to change it. Use it WD40.I repair this before 5 year.Still works.
Use potentiometer cleaner spray, WD-40 is not proper for this.

Awesome tuto, do you think it works for the V426 (G642) and V107 (G135) servomotors (Audi A3 8V)?
I think it's the same with other servomotors: V159, V158, etc.

Curăță-le pe cele originale cu spray de potențiometre și pune-le înapoi. La mine a mers perfect, are 4 ani de la curățare și nicio problemă
