Nothing is universal. You have to adjust the length as per individual baby. It's easy to calculate and You don't need to measure the distance. Useful in emergency.

Sir we calculate lip to tip distance as wt+6.5cm but many experts now says that nasal to tragus distance +1cm is right way.
