They are all risky lol. I would suggest either Modern Horizons 2 or this one, but if they are above your budget Dominaria remastered has a lot of good cards and potential to get your moneys worth since they are still pretty undervalued right now.
I bought a bundle last week and got an amazing Retro Frame Foil Ulamog, the Defiler - the black border on the left was 1/3 and on the right 2/3’s…and a crease in the bottom right corner…sigh.
I got three packs from Amazon pre order today in va. One pack only had a $4.29 card and a $1. Card. I couldn't believe it

Ugh, sorry to hear that, I've heard wotc customer service actually does sometimes replace damaged cards like that. It's worth a try.
