I often change styles of my videos, going from more indepth to more simple/natural videos, this last month was more of the last type and I am grateful to you for allowing me create videos as I feel. I have been fighting to let myself not perfect videos as much and enjoy just being with you as I am. I read your comments and messages every day and very word you say means the world to me. I truly feel as if we are friends and I cannot wait to hang out more every day! I guess what I am saying is 2017 was a year of an easier approach to creating ASMR videos for me, in previous years I spent days and days on perfecting videos and alot of them have never even been released, but this year I wanted to stop stressing so much about it and crumble under my own pressure and just let myself be in a moment and I could not have done this without your support, so thank you for helping me be more confident in my own skin and my own expressions, you guys are my rock and I look up to you so much!

I’ve grown up in Sacramento myself, my best friend lived across the street and was from Russia as well. Her mother used to pray for us in Russian before we went to sleep and before we walked to school in the morning. Nothing makes me feel more relaxed than to hear you speak in Russian. It soothes my heart, calms my mind, and relaxes my muscles for sleep. Thank you so so much for all the hard work you put into your videos. Truly the effort shows through. But what shows through more is that you are more stress free while remaining so passionate about the gift you give all of us in relaxation. Thank you so so much we love you!

Hi Maria,I just wanted to tell you that out of all the amazing Asmrtists your voice works the best for me. I noticed that whispers or soft spoken asmr relaxes me the most,more than other things such as tapping and other sounds. And I tried alot of others,but kept coming back to your videos bcs your voice is just simply the best. Not too harsh, not too loud just perfect. I think youre the born asmrtist.

noodlehairboys For some older houses in the winter, the pipes aren’t insulated, so they can run the risk of freezing. Water expands when it freezes, and the force of expansion is enough to burst a pipe, especially if it is rusted or brittle.

I have a brilliant idea for a video. A quit smoking video! You could flip though Alan Carr's book, whisper a mantra, do breathing exercises to get through cravings, and just give encouragement. I think that could be a real multi platform video. Even non ASMR watchers could benefit from it.

Maria could legitly make an entire video based on that notebook I think. The sounds of the pages were amazing, Imagine what it would sound like if she wrote in the pages using a traditional feather fountain pen or a calligraphy fountain pen..... The tingles would make me lose my mind.
i had a big scare with my cat and had to take him to the vet in the fear that he had kidney failure. it turns out he just likes to drink more water at night and less during the day and his blood vitals were perfect.
however it’s been a stressful couple of days and the way i help and cure myself is by watching your videos, as i have for many years.

maria, i just wanted to say how much of an inspiration and idol you are to me. you seem like such a strong person, and a very giving and supportive one, who wants to give others strength too with your videos. ever since i’ve discovered you, i’ve fallen in love with your videos, your enthusiasm, and just your personality and “aura” i guess in general! not only have these videos helped me fall asleep, but they’ve gotten me through both tough days and nights where i was stressed, anxious, angry or depressed. i suffer from bipolar disorder, and it’s a very unpredictable and relentless mental illness. however, your soothing, calming voice and your cozy friendliness always calms me down and makes me happy and makes me feel as if you’re actually with me taking care of me and making sure i’m okay. i hope that doesn’t sound too weird!
2017 has been a pretty rough ride for me, what with recently moving out of an abusive situation. you have helped me through these tough times more than once. your videos this year i think have been some of the best and most unique that you’ve produced and you’ve grown so much! thank you so much for all the work you do for the asmr community and for your subscribers. you are so involved and are always looking for ways to make people as happy and relaxed as they can be. i think that’s absolutely wonderful. i wish you the best for the year, and i can’t wait to see what you have in store for us!

The first ASMR vid I saw of Maria she was a bit shy doing her make-up and had curls...she was so sweet but slightly unsure of herself...how far she has come from then. She definitely has got the knack for ASMR and understands it perfectly...always makes me so relaxed....x
The part where you read the description of the painted plate in Russian was fantastic, Maria! You have a beautiful language--sometimes certain words sound more rough in English.
I would love to hear more audios where there are two individuals talking at the same time in different ears, I *loved* that so much when you worked with WhispersRed, I've never experienced anything so utterly transformative and compelling. Please make more of these with long periods of two individuals talking together OR overdubbing yourself so that we can hear it at the same time in both ears. So powerful!

I get huge ASMR from mostly soft voices. Her videos rarely give me tingles but I watch/listen because I like her as a person and her creativity
