I think you mean launched in Japan, not China. (Please correct me if I’m wrong). And who cares about a hybrid??? Seriously. Gasoline engines are far superior to hybrid in every way. (Except VERY minor MPG ratings when it comes to a big heavy SUV like this). I test drove the Limited Hybrid--clunky and unstable feeling--if that’s what you like ,more power to you. I’ll stick with my fossil fueled awesome engine. (And we have TONS of fossil fuel reserves in this country and we can become self-sufficient in weeks. The last president PROVED IT, and the current president screwed it all up. Do you enjoy having American die in wars for oil? Do you think the Sheiks need more solid gold toilet seats for their two dozen mega-mansions with 35 bedrooms and 78 toilets? If so, then yes--go hybrid and shut down America’s fuel supply. V6..Jeep is still laughing about that, and now this "re-designed" Explorer....my brother-inlaw works for them and said the majority of the factory workers were pissed about the Bronco/ V6. Been a Ford man my whole life, but now I'm leaning towards another company
