Running can be dangerous on your knees..it's best to do brisk walking and walking up and down hills is better than flat surfaces. Florida is flat so you may want to use the machine at the gym and set it to hill to get the feeling of walking up hill.
If your knees continue to hurt get a blood test of your vitamin D, calcium and Magnesium checked. They might be low.

I told people who know me that I was not diagnosed with bipolar but I can really change my mood quickly. But as I started praying more and more, and just embraced life I saw a lot of growth in me. Now. I just take things one day at a time.
Break up is tough but reassured you will get over it. Marriage break ups or long term relationships are the hardest. One thing I can tell you your attitude and outlook will make getting over it better. Never blame yourself never think that you are a failure and never question why me why now! Redirect your energies and surround yourselves with people with whom.your close if they are far make use of video calls. Pick up a new hobby. Ensure that you heal before starting another relationship. For the next relationship you are now wiser and stronger

I distract myself with things to do. Exercise read, talk to myself, write it out. Pray, attend church anything to distract me. Time though is the true healer.

Dealing with a breakup. Do things you love, take a trip where you can blog, and be in places that don't get you boredom. Connect with nature being out where you're doing thing meaningful. Explore nature learning to embrace your own company and find a yoga class to reconnect to self love❤❤❤❤❤❤
Writing always helped me whenever I faced any kind of disappointment in my life and once I pour my thoughts into that journal, I feel a thousand times better.

We all go thru difficult times in our lives at some point but you’re handling it with grace. Stay true to yourself. You’re probably down but not out. As I said before, your latter will be greater. Stay prayed up and be happy. Happiness is a choice and the joy of the Lord is your strength!
Separation is like a Rollercoaster. It does get better in the end. Just try to allow yourself to feel what you feel. Cherish the highs. Be strong in the lows. The storm will pass. You will learn to love yourself more when you come through.

Walking is so good. I too have started a walking journey but the most I have walked at once is 6k steps. I can't manage running but walking is manageable. So good to see you Kim ☺️
In addition to the shoes, you also need to get a knee band to wrap your knee when walking or running. I had the same issue walking six miles each day, and this worked for me.

Kim healing is a process you will get there. You are blessed. Yes walking is good. I walk at least 3 miles per day I aim for 14000 steps each day.. Girl I'm 56 and I'm doing it.

One thing that helped me during my break up is journalizing and reading novels, it took me to a place that I was slowly distracting myself plus working on my emotions by writing how I felt at each moment of the day.

How I get over a break up:
Block and Delete their contact. Unfollow / block all their socials. Delete all the pics and videos of you 2 together. Throw out any gift received from them that you no longer need. Find a distraction and give yourself some time to heal

Speedy healing Alicia❤ try mixing your walks/runs by joining a gym with group workouts. That’s what helps me. I Zumba, Body Pump, Pilates, yoga with some really nice people and instructors and for that one hour you forget some of your problems and the endorphins kick in the rest of the day. Plus if your goal is weight loss that’s an added benefit. I am praying for you 🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️🏋🏽♂️
