I'm not saying you're stupid, you just have bad luck when it comes to thinking.
Because of Biden's cognitive decline, he has been purely reactionary in his foreign policy instead of proactive.
To our friends, Biden is a literal joke, and our enemies simply see him as weak. Putin had no fear of Biden, the US nukes nor the US military when he invaded Ukraine. That is how a weak president makes the world a more dangerous place.
Harris has been basically invisible like VPs usually are, but in those comedy skits in other countries about Biden's cognitive decline, they usually portray Harris as Biden's nany often lying or covering for him. Harris is as much as a joke as Biden.
