C’est mon guitariste français préféré. J’ai eu la chance de voir son 1er concert en 1ère partie de Texas, il n’était pas connu, il était avec son bassiste et un looper. J’vais acheté son 1er cd à la sortie du concert.🍒

First impression, while important, doesn't necesssarily mean much in the long run. My Harley Benton st-62 came perfect out of the box. 6 months later, however, fret wear and dents, cracked nut, and tuning posts popping out of headstock are the issues I have to deal with now.

Salut, j'attends la mienne, j'ai pris la sea foam green ! moi aussi je risque de mal dormir d'ici à ce qu'elle arrive...tu joues mieux que moi et dans le même style, donc je pense que ça va le faire, j'ai les mêmes préférences 10-46 sur strat et micros à niveau de sortie modéré pour garder de la dynamique ;-) la seule modif que j'envisage c'est de rajouter le cablage du tone N°2 sur le micro chevalet, je le fais tout le temps sur strat mais ça me semble encore plus nécessaire avec des micros céramique. Chose amusante j'ai eu une Fender CS 57 sea foam green avec manche maple mais corps en frêne et une strat Japan blanche avec corps en tilleul et manche maple aussi, donc je suis en terrain connu avec cette configuration. Merci pour tes videos, elle ont achevé de me convaincre sur la guitare ;-)
You can't get hold of these anywhere, dig your playing, I've ordered the JS400, and will see how it sounds, might stick a coil tapped humbucker in the bridge.

@@JohanJoosLaur hey dude, got in an hour ago, build quality amazing, the neck is a satin finish, not gloss like the 300, its pretty well setup, but I will get it professionally done, no intonation issues or choking, which for this price point is nuts! Trem stays in tune with mild vibrato, early days on that, not used one in a while, the output from the humbucker seems a good bit higher than the nut pickup, which is good or bad, depending on use. I'll put it through my proper Amps later and see how it really sounds, mine is vintage Yellow, would have preferred the green, but Guitars are Women, doesn't matter, how they are painted as long as they play nice

I've read about players from the US wondering how to get these, just like you. I'm pretty sure Jet will sort it out at some point ? They're quite a new brand so they might need to sort things out you know. Even in the EU it's starting to be difficult to get one seems like. Not £125 anymore mate here they are £159 now as they sold out so fast , I only got mine for Xmas yesterday as a gift in the blue with the roasted maple neck , Im very impressed with it , only dowside is the cheap volume and tone knobs so will change those as can get genuine Fender knobs for like £20 on ebay , Pickups are ok too surprisingly
I have Harley Benton Te-20 and EVH Wolfgang Standard and want a Stratocaster Style guitar. its this Jet guitar better than a HB St-type or another brand?
Hey Joaquin ! Thanks for the comment, I honestly can't tell you as of now ? Only had the guitar for not even a whole day yet so I can't have any definite judgement...will take at least a week for me to have a better understanding of the big picture you know ! I've never tried the HB Strats (yet), I will but the flat radius on HB is something to keep in mind. I can tell you the Squier Bullet is awesome since I got to play this one for months now. Is the Jet better ? No idea as of now, but I think they're actually very different. Let me a few days more and I should be able to give some advices 😉 Sure thing is that this Jet JS300 looks absolutely amazing and for the money if everything goes well it's a steal !

Hey ! Sorry I missed your comment ! Yeah it's pretty much the case everywhere I think aha, but new stock should be here soon hopefully ! A few weeks maybe even less ? As of the TE20 comparison in my opinion it's definitely not comparable ? First because is a T type and one is a S type, but most importantly one costs twice the price of the other you know. So of course this JET is a far far superior guitar...that said I'm having plenty of fun with the TE20 too ! It all depends on what you already have I'd assume. But if you do not have any Strats and want to enter the Strat world, well the JET seems to be a definite bargain ? Necks are SO opposite between the JET and HB too, something to consider depending on what you like. HB's being much bigger & very flat radius, JET's feeling far superior in terms of finish (again though, it's twice the price so expected I guess?), more modern (modern C shape) and 9.5 radius (which is my favorite but we all like different things aha !). Hope that helps ! Don't hesitate to keep me updated with which one you end up buying...always interesting 😊 Cheers ! ❤

@@JohanJoosLaur I have the JS-400 Sea green and JS-800 Relic. I changed the pickups on the 400 to Irongear set, now the guitars easily rivals much more expensive instruments. It sounds better than Yamaha Pacifica 611. JS-800 is a very cool Hot Rod, like and 80s vintage Charvel, only two pickups and one volume What more do you need :) Its sounds and plays great, I dont even feel the need to change the pickups. I also like JET are an actual brand, which you can get in many real stores and not just "Amazon" brand. I also have and had much more expensive guitars, like PRS, Gibson R7, Ibanez J custom, ESP etc and I can tell you the guitars feel and play much more expensive than they really are.
@@JohanJoosLaur If you have a magnet or one of those fridge magnet thingies, place it on the block. If it sticks, the block is steel. If it doesn't, then it's one of those powdered coated blocks Wilkinson uses. I'd be pleasantly surprised if it was a steel block for the price of the entire guitar.

I am quite interested in these guitars as well and as a lefty, I am quite SHOCKED to see some of the models being offered in unusual colours like the Sea Foam Green as opposed to the usual Black or White options. So, yes please, let me know. I'd like to find out whether I shoud bother with a bridge upgrade (usually the sub 200EUR guitars come with CRAP for hardware) or leave it as is :)

Try merchant city music. They ship to the US. It’s not cheap but then again it is international shipping.

@@LeHangarDesGuitares Hey Manu ! Les frettes sont déjà nettement mieux de mon côté, rien à signaler ! Elles sont même super bien finies je trouve, ça dépasse pas rien du tout. Il fallait simplement la jouer un peu visiblement ! C'est la JS400 dont tu parles ?

Not £125 anymore mate here they are £159 now as they sold out so fast , I only got mine for Xmas yesterday as a gift in the blue with the roasted maple neck , Im very impressed with it , only dowside is the cheap volume and tone knobs so will change those as can get genuine Fender knobs for like £20 on ebay , Pickups are ok too surprisingly

Hey Joaquin ! Thanks for the comment, I honestly can't tell you as of now ? Only had the guitar for not even a whole day yet so I can't have any definite judgement...will take at least a week for me to have a better understanding of the big picture you know ! I've never tried the HB Strats (yet), I will but the flat radius on HB is something to keep in mind. I can tell you the Squier Bullet is awesome since I got to play this one for months now. Is the Jet better ? No idea as of now, but I think they're actually very different. Let me a few days more and I should be able to give some advices 😉 Sure thing is that this Jet JS300 looks absolutely amazing and for the money if everything goes well it's a steal !

Hey ! Sorry I missed your comment ! Yeah it's pretty much the case everywhere I think aha, but new stock should be here soon hopefully ! A few weeks maybe even less ? As of the TE20 comparison in my opinion it's definitely not comparable ? First because is a T type and one is a S type, but most importantly one costs twice the price of the other you know. So of course this JET is a far far superior guitar...that said I'm having plenty of fun with the TE20 too ! It all depends on what you already have I'd assume. But if you do not have any Strats and want to enter the Strat world, well the JET seems to be a definite bargain ? Necks are SO opposite between the JET and HB too, something to consider depending on what you like. HB's being much bigger & very flat radius, JET's feeling far superior in terms of finish (again though, it's twice the price so expected I guess?), more modern (modern C shape) and 9.5 radius (which is my favorite but we all like different things aha !). Hope that helps ! Don't hesitate to keep me updated with which one you end up buying...always interesting 😊 Cheers ! ❤

@@JohanJoosLaur I have the JS-400 Sea green and JS-800 Relic. I changed the pickups on the 400 to Irongear set, now the guitars easily rivals much more expensive instruments. It sounds better than Yamaha Pacifica 611. JS-800 is a very cool Hot Rod, like and 80s vintage Charvel, only two pickups and one volume What more do you need :) Its sounds and plays great, I dont even feel the need to change the pickups. I also like JET are an actual brand, which you can get in many real stores and not just "Amazon" brand. I also have and had much more expensive guitars, like PRS, Gibson R7, Ibanez J custom, ESP etc and I can tell you the guitars feel and play much more expensive than they really are.

@@JohanJoosLaur If you have a magnet or one of those fridge magnet thingies, place it on the block. If it sticks, the block is steel. If it doesn't, then it's one of those powdered coated blocks Wilkinson uses. I'd be pleasantly surprised if it was a steel block for the price of the entire guitar.

@@JohanJoosLaur Not to be like "ahaha, you got what you paid for" not at al. I am quite interested in these guitars as well and as a lefty, I am quite SHOCKED to see some of the models being offered in unusual colours like the Sea Foam Green as opposed to the usual Black or White options. So, yes please, let me know. I'd like to find out whether I shoud bother with a bridge upgrade (usually the sub 200EUR guitars come with CRAP for hardware) or leave it as is :)
