Personally I do not like this change. Houses going off-sale will just result in some houses gaining a lot more value than they should have. Also I don't understand why most of these soon-off-sale-houses are relatively new ones instead of those which have been in the game for years. I'd prefer if something would be done to improve the current state of toys and vehicles which are becoming more and more irrelevant due to constant demand drops.
well the store have to be cleared somehow we have so many for sale if it keeps going it will be too cluttered

Also this would make hackers steal our homes too. (Like the off sale ones and just good decorated houses in general .) Therefore our pets won't be the only thing we'd have to worry about if we get hacked.😔

@@shaddysehly5040 If this update did not happen they wouldn't be able to steal the houses without stealing the whole account. Stealing houses without this update would be impossible.
Now they could just trade our houses to their main account because it's as simple as that.
Houses aren't pets, but builders like me spend a lot of time, money, and effort on our homes to make it look very nice only for it to be traded away easily if we were to get hacked.

NEW UPDATE IDEA:
When I throw parties, there's always one or two people whoo WILL NOT LEAVE, and I can't get them out. I don't want to leave the game everytime someone's being a jerk and won't leave. Can you make it to where there's a ban button that you can use to kick someone out of your party? It would help so the door isn't locked for everyone else and I don't have to leave the game and kick everyone else out who didn't do anything wrong.

There are a lot of houses for sale, and Adopt Me will add new houses every year. So they are trimming back, and scarcity creates value. Now that there is a house trading system in place, expect the removed houses values to go up.
So just like you buy eggs before the eggs leave the game, people will buy these 7 houses before they leave the game, so that they have value appreciation and can trade them for profit later.
Maybe there’s a corn dog pet coming 😮😮

There's a glitch where you can see things that are going to be added to the map. It worked for the Shadoo Dragon April Fools thing. Anyway, I saw something about themed servers there.

As much as I don't really care for the big houses/robux houses, they should've gotten rid of the school + hospital homes. But "I guess" it's understandable as to why they are getting rid of them as most have been in game for a long time or a long while. Though it is unfair to people who have wanted these houses/buy these houses to build. I also do hope summerfest DOES NOT get shorten to only 2 pets as they did to springfest this year because that was such a let down and disappointment, but again its unlikely as there isn't a major Roblox event that they would have to provide for. This is all just my opinions

Really disappointed with this to be honest. The moment I saw houses became tradeable I knew what was coming but I kind of hoped it wouldn’t. It’s already kinda sad there’s less than 100 pets currently in the game out of what, 500? Not to mention the pet wear, toys, vehicles, etc. Adopt me isn’t a fun game to get things you love and play anymore, it’s a trading game where people only care about getting as rich as possible. Things leave forever and unless you trade you won’t get what you want and values are always changing so you might not be able to get things you like. I wish things would not leave the game because I feel like the only reason they do is so people fear missing out and spend more money. I understand, adopt me needs to make money and I have no problems at all with that. But as someone who’s played adopt me since it first released and has played on and off ever since, it saddens me to see what Adopt me has become. I love the game, there’s so much fun things and cute pets and the updates are usually so creative and I know how much time it must take to make these updates. I just wish some things were different. Housing going out of game is taking it too far in my opinion.

I'm sorry but I can't. Ik the houses will increase value in trading but what's the point??? People we're really fond of showing others their home so maybe they can take inspiration, but they're just visiting houses just to offer for them, and most of them don't even give good offers. But I can't undo these updates so I hope I can get enough time to buy these houses.

In my opinion, I don’t think they should do this. This is one of the worst updates. I was going to save up my next monthly Robux, which is on the 30th to buy one of those houses and now I can’t get it.

I'm sad that houses are leaving forever but I'm so excited for the Quality of Life update thing. I have played adopt me since it had release. Before it was laggy and not the best game but if u compair then and now, u would have never thought it waa the same game. Adopt Me releases updates every week. Be greatful. its not mandatory to have a weekly update if this is going to be the update. it looks like the trading house update was just added you to delete this houses plus there are other worse houses. a better update would be like the house of the week where the game randomly chooses a house for it to have a discount the whole week, i dont see the point of deleting houses

It's a bad idea to remove houses 2 weeks after you've cleared the sale. Players have only just begun to figure out how to sell and how to buy. Not everyone was able to figure it out quickly.
1. Many people have been saving money for a long time for their dream home, but never saved it. Selling a house made it possible to buy houses not for money, but to exchange them for pets. That is, they now have options to choose from and have something to think about. But it takes time.
2. Builders now have the opportunity to sell houses with beautiful interiors. Plans and fantasies appeared. It takes time to implement this. They need to buy houses in advance. Not everyone can afford to spend Robux.
3. Many players would prefer to buy houses with individual interiors. But they need to wait until the builders offer many options. Both inside the game and on social networks.
Summary:
The value of houses is not only that those removed (like eggs) will be more valuable. The child's psyche is more valuable. It is stressful for him that he will not be able to purchase his beloved dream home.
Don't remove houses now. Wait at least six months. Remove on December 31st.
