    UV BULB SHOULD BE REPLACED YEARLY. UV BULBS LOOSE POWER OVER TIME. I HAVE THE SAME UNIT. REALLY LIKE IT . SIMPLE TO INSTALL. UNIT HAS A LIFE TIME WARRANTY ON THE HEAD UNIT.
