- With a simple thumbs up, she gave the world chills. Two days after finding her freedom, Gina DeJesus returned home to a whirlwind of reporters, cheering neighbors, and two parents who never gave up.
I remember when she first went missing. Absolutely heart wrenching. Her family and friends would March up and down on parkhurst. For months, they did this “Who do we want? Ginaaaa! When do we want her? Nowwww!” Or them just chanting “Giiiiiiiinaaaaaaaaa”. I will never ever forget those months for the rest of my life.
I am so glad all of the women escaped alive.
we have to leave GIna alone. to respect this quiet and private lady. she is obviously very very shy. so we have to just let her alone....she has a good network of close family and friends. we need to all step wayyy back.

Lilly( formerly Michelle Knight) made it clear that she chose not to do many public appearances with Gina and Amanda. She wanted to tell her story separately as she felt her experience was very different than what Gina and Amanda went through, she went through a lot more trauma and wanted her story to be heard in full. She’s also said she keeps in contact with Gina and has no problem with Amanda so, why try to make something negative out of it?
They all had very different experiences and Castro played them all against each other, he didn't want them to be friends.. michelle deserves her own way of telling her story.... ppl think it's natural instinct to bond with those in similar situations and that's just not the truth

Gina was friends with the daughter of her kidnapper and went to visit her friend to ask if they could have a sleepover, and the mom said no. As she started to walk home, the dad offered her a ride home and then kidnapped her. Sometimes it's people you know.

The fact that children go missing is sad in itself. I didn't know much about it when it first happened. I just remember vaguely hearing about a girl named Amanda Berry going missing. I was quite busy at that time. I didn't even know there were two other women. But then I remember seeing it in the newspaper and a magazine. I had just heard about Laci Peterson in 2002. Then before I knew it then we read about Amanda. I thought man what the hell is going on?! All these young ladies going missing.
You don't see the 3 girls together, i have full respect 4 all the 3 of them....HEROES
That's because Gina and Amanda were literally chained through a wall. Michelle was totally separated the whole time. They rarely even saw Michelle. Only time all three were together was the in home birth of Amanda's baby

michelle actually wrote her own book. two i think. and dont forget the dynamics. amanda was able to scam ariel into thinking she was his wife. so she could keep herself and her baby safe. while ariel did get michelle pregnant multiple times he didnt want her child, so he killed them all. causing her to always miscarry. there had to have been bad blood in the house...just with each of them trying to survive. doesnt mean there is real and actual bad blood. i am guessing it kills michele to know and see that amandas baby is here and hers are not...
