Coming from 2024, we actually got answers
1. TIO said that we were immune to the infection, that’s why Mr P saw signs of the infection inside of us but we didn’t become infected
2. Pony worked for TSP (which stands for the silver paw) And his task was to infect doggy, he also gave the potion to us (the player) which leads to number 3
3. We passed out because the side effects of the potion came, we then woke up in the hospital
4. We still don’t know
5. I think the note stands for don’t trust the silver paw or don’t trust the signal
6. Most likely he got infected while trying to defend the plant
7. We don’t know, most likely he got infected
8. Most likely her parents escaped while no one noticed
9. Rash got infected

Theory: Doggy was poisoned by T.S.P. - The note in the carnival says "Doggy and Foxy got what was coming for them - T.S.P." Meaning that maybe, T.S.P. poisoned Doggy.

Yeah that's confirmed in piggy book 2 chapter 11
Most of these were answered in book 2. First one: The player is immune. This was mentioned by either Pny or TIO in a cutscene in one of the later chapters. I forgot which. Second one: Pony dropped the potion onto the player and tried to infect him. It probably ended up hitting doggy or both (since again the player is immune). So doggy didn't drink the potion. I'm not sure if Pony even dropped it but at the end it was for the player (the silverclaw told him to do so). Maybe it was mixed into a drink? I'm not sure. But dropping it would make the most sense. Third one: Since the potion was meant for the player (as Pony said) and the player is immune to the infection, the potion probably still had some kind of side affect on the player. Not to kill or infect them, but enough to pass them out. Fourth one: Mrs. P had escaped from the hospital and wandered off to the city. There, where you see her, she is currently infected. The reason she doesn't attack you is because you are too far away and the infected aren't exactly that smart yet, rather hostile. Fifth one: Signal would make a lot of sense. Because in Book 2 Chapter 10 (see how both are on chapter 10?) there is a signal that says something along the lines of: "??? said that we will live to regret our path if we keep going. He's working on destroying the cure." This sounds similar to TIO. So by not trusting it, you would be getting the cure and stopping TIO (Chapter 12 book 2 hidden ending). Sixth one: I really have no idea but I don't think it's quite relevant to the story. He probably continued trying to survive until the player found the cure. Seventh one: It literally said it in the cutscene in the background while you said it but oh well- He found it at the hospital. I believe it was the fainting or in the players blood or some kind of other symptom that showed signs. Eighth one: He isn't relevant. You could really say something like this about any character mentioned. Ninth one: They are both minors so to not get into the system, they escaped or hid. This would mean they wouldn't be able to find their parents for a long time. William got lost and Willow doesn't seem to care or put much work into it and that would make sense because she has to survive both the infected and in poverty (which is why she always steals). Tenth one: Still in jail. He's more of an accomplice and doesn't have as much talent, wisdom and strength as Willow, considering shes the leader.

That sounds very possible, because we almost got infected after school in the end cutscene, then the hospital beginning cutscene the player almost gets infected. But if we are immune as you said, we would’ve survived and we did.

Good theory but humans actually doesn't appear or mentioned in any chapter. My theory is humans and animals remaining in the UK left the country because of the rapidly decreasing of animals, some boats of the animals in it became infected and humans left the infected boats with the remaining animals left in the boat which means Grandpa Pig got infected and died with the other animals shown in the Chapter 7 of Piggy Book 2.

My theory with Doggy is that someone forced him to drink it, fighting him and shoving the potion down his throat, which could explain why his sclera is red, which could explain why Poley's sclera in Refinery is red from fighting with Zizzy.
it'd be pretty sick if the player somehow got infected and actually turned, but cured in the same cutscene(or maybe not) in some event map, but it unlocks some form of infected version of yourself, so you can play as yourself but infected.

I think the reason why the main character hasn’t turned into a infected yet (besides the fact that he was immune) is because when penny attacked us she used a baseball bat and usually the infection is spreaded through scratches,bites, and consuming the potion yet when penny attacked us she did neither of these things which is probably why we never got infected and with the other characters they probably just attacked us when they knocked us out or they just hit us so hard we died
Really bad theory: Willow's family was infected while trying to find supplies also while Willow was out and the insolence took them so that is why they aren't at the house.

Hey Kreek, One Piggy theory is that, the players are immune to the infection potion so, it is possible that the player could be infected and could not... But hey this is my theory!
Actually, yes, you're right! In the school map we pass out because of that. Then in the hospital Mr. P. leaves us because he sees a sign of infection. Though we didn't get infected, for some reason in the book 2 chapter 12 Tigery ending, we get attacked by an infected mousy character. Pony then tells us that we're infected, but TIO says we can't get infected.
That's just a theory, A game theory!
The hit at the beginning of the House map was supposed to be based off Granny, so it was kind of forgotten, but unless TIO is in my head too, he mentions at one point that the player should be infected because they were attacked at the piggy household.
(Edit, I think this video was made before chapter 10, we haven’t even met TIO yet, but he answers half of our questions)

Rash has been mentioned in chapter 3 of book 2, a note written by Tigry says how everyone mistreated him except rash, they were good friends. Since we don't see him again, I'm assuming he got infected.

i love how a lot of these have answers now. also maybe doggy was infected so thats why he drank the potion, he thought "whats the worst that can happen, maybe its a cure."

My theory: When we got hit at the house the infection was going through our body at school we passed out because of the infection going through our body bunny carried us to the hospital someone cured us of the infection it could be Mr stitchy from what I've been hearing from theories Mr stitchy is the only thing that can cure us cause nobody else knew how to find the cure at that time

i am from the future and here are my findings:

For the first theory, where you get hit but you’re not infected, isn’t it where you get scratched by the infected, you become one of them? We didn’t get scratched but we certainly got hit by one.
For the Rash one what if us (the player) arrested Rash after the cut scene was played, just like we did with Willow!
My theory for the signs of infection in the player:
There are probably signs of infection in the player because you died from the infected multiple times but got revived when the match was over.
What I thought was that the player is less immune, but it can block out the infection, and the infection within him was delayed until he met mr p, but it failed to work on them

It’s probably because every skin uses some sort of weapon to attack the player rather then scratching them with there claw like clowny uses a giant hammer poley uses a baton rash uses a crowbar so basically the weapons are to knock victims out and attack them

I think pony gave it to doggy when he was asleep. Pony was forced from the silver paw to do that to see if he was serious in being in their gang.
I know these answers are already know by basically everyone, but for those New Players who still have no idea:
1: Minitoon didnt think about that since at first the game was suposed to be like Granny, meaning that minitoon didnt think of any "infected stuff" at the time so he didnt had planned the fact that as soon as an infected sees you they atack you to infect you instead of knocking you out and draggjng you somewhere.
2: The T.S.P. (More specifically Willow and Pony) were the one who gave doggy the potion while he slept.
3: There was probably some weird Chemical in the water from the sewers which made the player pass out, or maybe he was just too tired from running arround the whole school all the time.
4: Mrs.P IS there, But she's either just Oofed or maybe she's infected and locked in, which could be two reasons as of why we never see her again, plus, in the plant map, At the starting cutscene Mr.P says "you're just as stubborn as I was when i tried to SAVE MY WIFE." So she is either oofed or infected by the time we see her in city.
5: It's surely "The Signal" or the "Silver Paw", I dont think other stuff could make sense, all tho, If it was IS instead of SI, it could mean the insolence.
6: We're inmune as TIO said.
