Coming from 2024, we actually got answers 1. TIO said that we were immune to the infection, that’s why Mr P saw signs of the infection inside of us but we didn’t become infected 2. Pony worked for TSP (which stands for the silver paw) And his task was to infect doggy, he also gave the potion to us (the player) which leads to number 3 3. We passed out because the side effects of the potion came, we then woke up in the hospital 4. We still don’t know 5. I think the note stands for don’t trust the silver paw or don’t trust the signal 6. Most likely he got infected while trying to defend the plant 7. We don’t know, most likely he got infected 8. Most likely her parents escaped while no one noticed 9. Rash got infected
5: assuming mousy was a tsp member, who broke out, maybe she wrote this before turning infected to warn the others, I completely believe it to be the silver paw
Most of these were answered in book 2. First one: The player is immune. This was mentioned by either Pny or TIO in a cutscene in one of the later chapters. I forgot which. Second one: Pony dropped the potion onto the player and tried to infect him. It probably ended up hitting doggy or both (since again the player is immune). So doggy didn't drink the potion. I'm not sure if Pony even dropped it but at the end it was for the player (the silverclaw told him to do so). Maybe it was mixed into a drink? I'm not sure. But dropping it would make the most sense. Third one: Since the potion was meant for the player (as Pony said) and the player is immune to the infection, the potion probably still had some kind of side affect on the player. Not to kill or infect them, but enough to pass them out. Fourth one: Mrs. P had escaped from the hospital and wandered off to the city. There, where you see her, she is currently infected. The reason she doesn't attack you is because you are too far away and the infected aren't exactly that smart yet, rather hostile. Fifth one: Signal would make a lot of sense. Because in Book 2 Chapter 10 (see how both are on chapter 10?) there is a signal that says something along the lines of: "??? said that we will live to regret our path if we keep going. He's working on destroying the cure." This sounds similar to TIO. So by not trusting it, you would be getting the cure and stopping TIO (Chapter 12 book 2 hidden ending). Sixth one: I really have no idea but I don't think it's quite relevant to the story. He probably continued trying to survive until the player found the cure. Seventh one: It literally said it in the cutscene in the background while you said it but oh well- He found it at the hospital. I believe it was the fainting or in the players blood or some kind of other symptom that showed signs. Eighth one: He isn't relevant. You could really say something like this about any character mentioned. Ninth one: They are both minors so to not get into the system, they escaped or hid. This would mean they wouldn't be able to find their parents for a long time. William got lost and Willow doesn't seem to care or put much work into it and that would make sense because she has to survive both the infected and in poverty (which is why she always steals). Tenth one: Still in jail. He's more of an accomplice and doesn't have as much talent, wisdom and strength as Willow, considering shes the leader.
Good theory but humans actually doesn't appear or mentioned in any chapter. My theory is humans and animals remaining in the UK left the country because of the rapidly decreasing of animals, some boats of the animals in it became infected and humans left the infected boats with the remaining animals left in the boat which means Grandpa Pig got infected and died with the other animals shown in the Chapter 7 of Piggy Book 2.
Theory: Doggy was poisoned by T.S.P. - The note in the carnival says "Doggy and Foxy got what was coming for them - T.S.P." Meaning that maybe, T.S.P. poisoned Doggy.
My theory with Doggy is that someone forced him to drink it, fighting him and shoving the potion down his throat, which could explain why his sclera is red, which could explain why Poley's sclera in Refinery is red from fighting with Zizzy.
Honestly its true due to the fact that she wants her brother back and is preparing for his return like if hes infected or not and she will not stop until she reunites with him
it'd be pretty sick if the player somehow got infected and actually turned, but cured in the same cutscene(or maybe not) in some event map, but it unlocks some form of infected version of yourself, so you can play as yourself but infected.

My theory for the signs of infection in the player: There are probably signs of infection in the player because you died from the infected multiple times but got revived when the match was over.
What I thought was that the player is less immune, but it can block out the infection, and the infection within him was delayed until he met mr p, but it failed to work on them

Actually, yes, you're right! In the school map we pass out because of that. Then in the hospital Mr. P. leaves us because he sees a sign of infection. Though we didn't get infected, for some reason in the book 2 chapter 12 Tigery ending, we get attacked by an infected mousy character. Pony then tells us that we're infected, but TIO says we can't get infected.

My theory for the signs of infection in the player:
There are probably signs of infection in the player because you died from the infected multiple times but got revived when the match was over.
What I thought was that the player is less immune, but it can block out the infection, and the infection within him was delayed until he met mr p, but it failed to work on them

Actually, yes, you're right! In the school map we pass out because of that. Then in the hospital Mr. P. leaves us because he sees a sign of infection. Though we didn't get infected, for some reason in the book 2 chapter 12 Tigery ending, we get attacked by an infected mousy character. Pony then tells us that we're infected, but TIO says we can't get infected.
