I started following a comedian and his stuff started getting repetitious and so I unfollowed him and I just saw him in my feed again a couple days ago and it's been two years and he doesn't have any new material.
I’m a RN. I’ve had a LOT of prisoners over the years, and i specifically told people to NEVER to tell me what they did. ONCE i was told about a patient and I’ll just tell you that helping that person was the hardest thing I’ve done in my career. A lot of bad people in the world, and medical personnel has to care for them.
Thank you for all yours, and those in the medical care fields, hard work and professionalism. My mom has been an RN for over 30 years and she is an angel and my hero 😅. Yall make the world a safer, kinder, and brighter place!! ❤
I completely understand, when I was doing a 50min transport a man insisted on treating me like his priest. I decided to listen to lung sounds constantly to get him to shut up.
He called it a "bona fide bitch gesture". Something you do while saying "my word!" or "well, I never...!". It wasn't a "Fred Sanford clutching his chest" move. Funny either way, though!
I love Josh's ministry of humor. Nobody has ever been this good at making current events hysterical and, most importantly, keeps it human without being hateful. Josh never loses his humanity. I'm a fan for life 😊

Such a nice alternative to a certain thin skinned comic who floods the internet with reactions to hecklers but no actual material.
Incredibly self aware and very perceptive when he explains complex topics like masculinity and femininity. Love listening to Josh because you learn more about society through these monologues.
I lost it cause, I am sorry to say it, I have actually thought exactly what he was describing, when I was on a date once. The dude blew on his food for an eternity, while I was just throwing it in, cause I was so hungry, and at one point, when we were outside, he saw something he liked and he jumped up and down slighty...like a little girl. I just could not (for many other reasons too, but this did not help at all). I paid for the food myself so...fair game.
I have learned to NEVER EVER take a sip of anything if he pauses with that little smile ...it always led to me needing to mop up lemonade or coffee from myself and my screen. Josh is absolutely fantastic 😂😂

They are also great, for catching boogers. I only purchase cotton hankies that are embroidered. Nothing super special, just a little flower.
I will never forget what the ER doctor told me after a car accident caused by a drunk driver where the drunk refused medical care "Imagine they come in here after having caused devastation on others and we have to treat them like any other patient. It's very difficult, but we do it. I'm very happy not to have to treat her tonight so that I can concentrate on you." They were all so kind to me, the ambulance drivers, the hospital personnel, the police officers. The disdain in their voices when they spoke about her was very evident but they did everything by the book. I never asked the cops how they felt about having to arrest their off-duty work colleague, lol

comedy without any meanness is such a beautiful thing. It clearly takes more skill and creativity too. Anyone can stand up there, act like an asshole, and get people to signal support because they're being given permission to be the worst of themselves. If you want to know how truly talented a comic is, listen to see if the audience is laughing vs. clapping. Josh's audiences laugh like they are going to pee themselves.

Though I'm currently in the hospital after having had surgery yesterday morning. They say "Laughter is the best medicine." And Josh is so talented and has become one of my favorite comedians.
