Digimon World - All Unique Encounters (100PP) Speedrun in

- This is a speedrun of Digimon World 100 Prosperity where as an added objective i must fight 1 of every unique encounter in the game (ToyAgumon, BlueMeramon etc).
This run adds an extra 34 fights to the standard 100 Prosperity run and adds its own set of routing challenges (squeezing as much encounters in before certain timed events like Factorial Town guards and being in the right place for Day/Night spawns).
This run is completed using a completely legit untouched copy of Digimon World (NTSC-U), everything you see in this run is possible to replicate if you know how it works, better explanation can be found in this

This is such an under rated game

@@webentwicklungmitrobinspan6935 that's mostly my issue with it tbh. I didn't have a clue how mood or digivolve worked, so i end up with that poop digimon.
Reading the manual explained most things. I just had to manually test and write down some numbers to get certain digimon post game grinding. In the 90s that is, now all the information is very easily available.
Glad you're still doing these runs. One of my favorite games of all time.
Glad to see Digimon World getting the love it deserves. One of the best games on the psx imo
This was my first time of watching a speedrun of this category. My favourite categories of speedruns for this game are the Legacy Speedruns, but this run still proved to be something refreshing to watch. 👍
Also, the battle at 1:15:05 took bad luck to the extreme. 😢

Around 10% but Raikou can do rng manipulation so that he learns it 100% of the time

I wonder if there is someone who completed the game 100% or above 100%; Like having all the medallions, digimon cards, digimon pedigree, digimon outside of the pedigree, 100 fish, all digimon skills, 100% PP etc

@@akirafudo5053 While you are right that a mod exists that does that, it is not used in speedruns. There is a gap in the trigger that checks your type. You can walk around it.
@@akirafudo5053 A speedrun must play with the original game without a mod so that it can be compared with another person, you cannot use external tools that change something about the game.
