I live in Norway and all the schools near me have put out the pride flag as it is pride month. And nobody even care. Why because we have more important thing to worry about, than a harmless flag. It is also not uncommon in the animal kingdom that the father is totally absent. And mothers join together in groups for better protection of their offspring
Same in Australia we have LGBTQI+ education in schools and celebrate Pride. For awhile we had crazy people and some church groups ranted against it. Now 94% of Australians say they support it.

She probably _is_ standing for democracy in the sense of representing the majority, but considering the context she’s _also_ representing the protection of *minority* rights from being thereby trampled.
Right-wingers give lip service to the latter, but really mean by it a privilege of their favored minority to _deprive_ others of rights.
The larger majority’s guarantee - which requires recognition of individual rights in the first place, preferably in a written constitution or charter - is what ensures those liberties for all.
I understand that if I were to attack your freedom, I would be putting my own in jeopardy, so I treat an attack on any one as an attack on all.

The whole reason schools teach LBGTQI+ issues is because 1 in five kids are LBGTQI+ and 60% of LGBTQI+ youth have attempted suicide due to the prejudice they face.
If you are against schools teaching children that LGBTQI+ exist and if you are one its ok and you are valid then you are probably a bigot and your child need to hear it more than most kids.

I wish I could give this lady a big hug. I'm not a member of the LGBTQ+ community, but I briefs they deserve have the same rights that I do. They exist. They are people. Family is what you make it. My husband and I can't have children so it dog and or cats are our children. We're a very happy little family. I'd much rather see child in a home with 2 moms or 2 dads who is loved and well cared for than to see a child in a "normal" family why is abused. It just kills me that so caked good Christians feel its their duty to go around passing judgement. If people get divorced and then remarried then that can also produce two moms or two dads. Many step parents use the terms mom or dad. So this book can point to many different families.
My daughter has 3 mom's, her adoptive mom, me. Her biological mother and her ex-boyfriends mom. She has 3 grandmas and 3 grandpa's because of divorce. When she was in elementary school, they did a project that asked what happened at her birth. I was always truthful with her, but I didn't want to tell her, I was in the room as a spectator, but her father had to wait in the lobby, obviously. I would have loved to have this book available.

How come we didn't see this much anger & outrage at the actual sexual abuse suffered by children from Church leaders, scouting group leaders, youth sports leaders... there was NO CALL or protest to ban those activities or events or grooming situations! Yet one sentence about 2 moms/dads, nothing about sexual attraction or marriage, just that it's ok... people lose there minds. You could have 2 moms & 2 dads because your parents remarried and they all love you as their kids. WtF
As a teacher I have taught many young students some had a mom and dad, some lived with grandparents, some lived with aunts and uncles, some had two moms, some had two dads , some had just a single dad, some just a single mom, some had no siblings, some had one sibling, some had ten to twelve siblings, there are MANY different types of families these young students come from…all different…but all had one thing in common..they were loved and cherished by the adults and siblings in their family. Each child should be made to feel accepted, loved, included…not ostracized by bigoted people. I teach in parochial school so we try to treat each child as Jesus would. No way was anyone ever made to feel singled out or shamed. It’s terrible the awful people out there today the spread their venomous hate even onto little children….I know I’m glad my conscience is clear.

I don't care one bit about other peoples sex lives , who they love , or who they want to be. It's their business. As a veteran, that's why I served to ensure the rights of my fellow citizens.

The whole reason schools teach LBGTQI+ issues is because 1 in five kids are LBGTQI+ and 60% of LGBTQI+ youth have attempted suicide due to the prejudice they face. They teach it to save lives.
If you are against schools teaching children that LGBTQI+ exist and if you are one its ok and you are valid then you are probably a bigot and your child need to hear it more than most kids.

Even Christians “who don’t believe in divorce” sometimes end up divorced. MTG & Lauren Boebert have said repeatedly they don’t believe in divorce however, both of them are getting divorced.
