Exactly! For me, reading spice / sex scenes kinda cheapens the value of the characters and the story the author has woven. And I agree, I also feel like a stalker 😆
I feel like the Inheritance game didn’t really have any spice just a little kissing here and there 😅 it’s mostly focused on the plot which is nice but just enough romance to keep me reading ✨
THANK YOU SO MUCH im currently reading the 'this woven kingdom' series and am almost finished, I HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO READ NEXT BUT NOW IMA GO TO THE BOOKSTORE AND GET THIS BOOK👌😃
@@geegers4316 the entire series as you go on does have more than the first book, which is mainly about the MC and her struggles. I still loved the series, and i think the plot is what drew me in.

Add Sorcery of Thorns to the list! That book was wonderful and there was no spice at all! A few kisses but the romance was wholesome (and the side plot).
i love stephanie garber books SM!! the whole plot and world is just chefs kiss and the characters are real and amazing and interesting and the romance really keeps the plot going while not being the whole story. def putting the other ones on my list!

It doesn't have much tbh unlike all the other popular fae fantasy books there are barely any and I'm pretty sure the first two in the folk of the air don't have any spice
@@Arshi_Harshita I meant the first and second book bc I hadn't read the 3rd when I commented I also hate spice especially in ya books it's actually disgusting when authors Market their books as ya then you read it...

So apparently you’re supposed to read the Caraval series first. How many books are in each? I’ve tried looking at them but haven’t seen what they’re about. If someone can tell me for both series I’d appreciate it
There are three books in both series but you don’t have to read Caraval first. I haven’t read it but I think it’s about two sisters who escape from the island they grew up on and take part in a magical game. And once upon a broken heart is about a girl whose bf marries her sister but she wants to stop the wedding so she makes a deal with a fate. I hope I could help!
I’ve read all of those books except for the last two 😭 but needless to say I loved those books smm!!! Update: I’ve read the whole divine rivals series and im soon going to read dance of theives!
I was fully prepared to throw a fit if Divine Rivals wasn’t included lol. Okay not really but I would have promoted the shit out of it in the comments.
Why does people consider 'Shatter Me'...a Fantasy book? I read the book..it's more likely a Dystopian rather than a Fantasy....or am I just tripping? And 'Shatter Me' is a Fantasy?
no its not idk why people think its fantasy...like I guess cus her touch "kills"? but that's not really much. It really confuses me too. its not fantasy imo.
Loving no spice books, it just feels too intimate and unrelated to the plot. I feel like a stalker when they have too much spicy scenes 😅
Me too!!!

I also love A Curse So Dark and Lonely, there is a bit of spice in the third book, but the author skips time before anything very spicy happens
Shatter me is amazing and has thr best subtle spice ive never seen before
