What are system requirements to run this on opnsense and should crowdsec be disabled once using this?

Only stiff requirement opnsense has with this, is storage for reporting and only if you don't have option to run database server. But minimum requirements are roughly speaking CPU with 2 or 4 cores at or over 1Ghz clockspeed, 4 GB of RAM (8 GB if you have more than 100 devices connected to same network) and about 100GB of storage.
As for crowdsec, I don't think you have to disable it, Zenarmor works just fine with snort or Surricata with little tweaking, so crowdsec shouldn't be any different from that regard.
I have this running on opnsense with 1Ghz dual core cpu, 4 GB of ram and roughly 64GB of storage and have no issues with it. During installation process, zenarmor will notify you about anything that might cause issues, but roughly speaking even modern desktop meant for your grandma to pay her bills and surf internet is with exception of storage size, an overkill for home user perspective.
