Sir enik 3 varsham munb ulcer baadhichu duodenal perforation undayi.the reason was infection of H-pylori bacteria. this had been found in a biopsy test.
Later i undergone for a surgery in the perforated duodenal area.(D1-D2 junction)
I took tablets for the next 4 months only,since the surgery done.(Neopride SR and Veloz -20)
As of now,I'm not suffering any symptoms as you said in the video
But although, what is the risk or chance of Stomach cancer in my case ?
Long standing H.pylori infection may predispose to stomach cancer. But since you dont have any symptoms now, i think you have very low risk of stomach cancer. However if you have unusual or persistent acidity like symptoms, or alteration in appetite or early fullness, its advisable to get an endoscopy done .

Doctor,kindly give a reply.my mother is a 52 year old woman.she has diabetes and takes homeo medicines for the Same.she controls her food and Sugar intake at its peak.now she is worried of her weight loss and had consulted a doctor regarding this.he advised for some blood tests and stool test. In blood test it showed lymphocytes(55) neuteophils( 40) total wbc count is Normal.rest of the investigations are Normal.her stool test revealed trace positive for blood.could you please evaluate this and give a reply.she don't have any other symptoms other than flatulence while she consumes that homeo medicine.

Trace of blood in stool indicates bleeding somewhere in digestive tract..
She needs an endoscopy at least or a CT scan minimum

സർ ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ (6-7-2021 നു രാത്രി ) അടുത്തുള്ള GOVT -HC ൽ കാണിച്ചു .എനിക്ക് നാവിൽ പൂപ്പൽ പോലെയും , മുറിവും ,കവിളിന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ ഒരു മുറിവും (ഇടക്കിടക്ക് വരുന്ന പുണ്ണും ) , വയർ എരിച്ചിൽ ഇതൊക്കെ ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ടാണ് ഞാൻ കാണിച്ചത് . ഈ ഒരു symptoms മൊത്തം ഡോക്ടറോട് പറഞ്ഞതും ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞു ഒരു GASTROINTESTINAL ലുമായ് കൺസൾട് ചെയ്യണമെന്ന് ഒരു പക്ഷെ ആമാശയ കാൻസർ ആയിരിക്കുമോ -പരിഹാരം ഉണ്ടാകുമോ ?
