The big chest can be put down on top of regular chests and the contents will go into the big chest. The regular chest gets broken and goes into you inventory. Hopefully that makes sense.😅

And I love that you had the exact same excitement for every new little detail that came with the new update as I had. So heartwarming! The 1.6 vanilla playthrough is also the first one for me to bring to Perfection, even though I have 700 hours in tha game now. Almost done, lacking just a couple of millions for the golden clock :3

I really like your play throughs. I, myself, have just completed a Joja run on the 1.6 update and achieved perfection. I really can't understand all the hate for Joja, tbh. I wouldn't like to live in a town where there was only one place to buy groceries and sundries. Having more than one store that sells similar items encourages competition, thus lower prices. Also, you have Pierre's who opens earlier and Jojamart which stays open later, which is super convenient. I guess I won't spoil things for anyone who wants to do a Joja completionist run, but the ending is really great. Morris came through far more likeable than he was during the game. I'm glad ConcernedApe did that as it gives Morris a little depth to him that was lacking, and, in my opinion, should have been in the vanilla game all along. I never understood why he made Morris such a cardboard character when he went to such lengths to make everyone else interesting. That would have made choosing a side a bit more difficult, if Morris had his good side and his not so good side, like everyone else in Pelican Town. Anyway I do love to watch your videos. So keep up the good work.
I don’t like it because it’s ugly 😭 The other community centre is so cosy, vs the Joja one. The supermarket is a bit of a sore thumb in a cute town. So, I guess it’s mainly aesthetics for me. 😂

Maybe I'd feel differently if they actually used the building later, but they don't. Also I really hate that a supposed close knit community couldn't come together to fix up the Community Center themselves instead of leaving it to a stranger. Robin will tell you that she volunteered but Lewis never got back to her. So, eventually after going the CC route several times, I really thought about what the dilapidated CC really meant and I became disillusioned with the whole concept of fixing it up. As for the Junimos, I figure they didn't really need my help and that most people that do help them will have the Wizard build a Junimo hut and use them as unpaid labor on their farms, which I never have. And besides all that, why does Morris have to be run out of town. He's not a high ranking member of Joja Co. In fact, if you do a completionist run for Jojamart and make it to the summit Morris will be there. He has a surprisingly sweet take on Pelican Town and Stardew Valley in general.

For your next chest sorting session, you can just take a big chest and put it on top of the small one and i will switch it. No need to take everything out and put in the new chest
the grass that animals eat actually does grow on the green tiles. makes the grass tiles usable like that outside from just making on farm tree farms or places to put your buildings on
Trow an enchant doll into the lava area (where you fish the lava eel) and hand what you got to the plant in the wizard basement, trust me, it's worth it
Audio books are slower, but it's pretty easy being read to, as long as your player let's you get back where you left off easy. I really need to get an eink reader, better for my eyes. When all other mediums fail, I fall back to books. Libraries have much more than just books, too.
Don't know if anyone commented it yet, or if you figured it out after, but with a big chest in hand you can click existing chest and it will replace it without having to take everything out. =D
Also I'm not sure which update they added it in. But if you have a full chest you can take your axe and swing it as you're walking into it to push it. It goes in the direction you're walking into it. Not sure if you can use your pickaxe or hoe, haven't tried using them yet. But axe for sure works.

a mod that would help with fishing is called "mouse fishing". it takes a bit to get used to, but man is it so much easier than normal stardew fishing

it's in the base game settings! when you go to where the zoom % is, theres a checkbox for zoom buttons!
