My cat can entertain herself for hours with a plastic ring from a milk carton. 🤣 Her favorite toy was the plastic ends (they look like a pacifier without the rubber) from the tupperware like popsicle molds. My sister's cat entertains herself with plastic zip ties.
My cats have every automatic toy. They play with it for a day or two and then they're done with it. They're into "Cat TV" now. They LOVE the bugs ones. They'll sit by the TV for hours trying to catch the bugs but there isn't a pay-off of actually catching one.
We bought the last product for our cat or something similar, it has an attachment for a feather but it’s not long enough for my cat he wasn’t like it. He likes toys like strings that drag. So I cut a 2 foot piece of yarn tied it to the feather and he loves it.
Thank you for the review. My cats really liked the Hexbug, young and old, but the young one would give in to the chase for longer 😂 It seems like a great investment of 8$ for months of playing. Would agree with people that would say it doesn’t replace interactive playing/bonding with their master/owner. But again, for 8$, it was a great way to get our cats more active and overall happy!
i got the smarty cat one, and it was about 3 sessions. The biggest issue is that its loud, does not have consistent movement (pauses every 15 seconds or so), and then shut off at 8-10 minutes. Could be better. Also for my cats it was too slow for them they were not presented with a challenge and became disinterested
Hi TTPM, could you please share me the brand of the cat gate you are using in the video? I am looking for a pet gate for cat to prevent them from entering the kitchen when we are cooking. The one you used looks nice. Thank you!
I bought a couple automatic toys and my cat would be interested and watching but didn’t like the noise really. As soon as I tied a string to it instead of a feather or whatever came with it, he was all over it lol.
I bought an automatic ball just like the one on this video, but it had multiple settings. Got it on Amazon and it was just the right size for my cats to not be intimidating but also they couldn’t swallow it. It’s sold specifically for cats, and my one-year old loved it, especially on the faster, more bouncy settings; however, one of the settings made the ball thrash around so much that it chipped my one-year old’s tooth. Cat parents beware!
Minute 4:27....... Y'all got Supernatural stuff crackin in your house. Orb right across the screen. Get you a priest, y'all. I'm prayin for you. Just sayin....
The SmartyKat Hot Pursuit makes the most annoyingly loud clicking noise when the cat grabs the feather and makes it stop. I wouldn’t have purchased it had I known about the clicking noise.
I really like this compilation but it is missing ( Interactive Cat Toys for Kitten Self) in my compilation the number is included. Nr1 Note that these products were ranked “best seller” at the time this article was written. Amazon’s Best Seller list is updated hourly, so for the most current list.
A well designed/built baby chick (artificial intelligence) that can simulate a real baby chick... but unfortunately there would be no true chemistry between cat and simulated chick. But it will still keep the cat interested for as long as the simulated chick continue to visit. A real baby chick would be too risky though. The fearless sometimes relentless baby chick 🐥
A furry ball tied to a string the string tied to the stick like a fishing rod, and a little dap of catnip on the furry ball and you're going to have a great time for a little while the catnip will always keep the cat interested
So, none of them are worth having by the look of it. A human at the other end of a toy is makes it a truly interactive toy, and it's a bonding activity.
My cat hates all of these after a minute. SHe needs a smart prey, so if I don't play the prey for her with whatever toy she does not care . She doesnt care for the repetitive toys
Could you slow down your talking?! Could not understand you at all. Remember, there are some OLD folks with OLD ears out here. Yes, I slowed down the speed...Thank you, RUclips for that option.
I’d tried numerous self activated cat toys but my cats are not interested. I’ve learnt that they prefer good old fish rod 🎣 + bait toys made of real feathers🪶.
You know what just kept my Sam Kitty entertained for 2 hours now? A starburst wrapper in a shoe box🤣
The simple things in cat life
Mine loves wrappers too lol

My big problem with most of these toys is they're not weighed down and don't account for how strongly cats can push objects
Need more of these electronic/electric videos please

Good video. Thanks for producing and posting.

Thanks for doing the review! Has anyone had any experience with Ralthy robotic interactive cat toy?
Ambush, our Cats love it

Onyl thing my cat likes is a shoestring
Smartykat knows how to make cat toys for sure!!
Yes they do! Always fun for cats!
I just need something that’ll keep my baby entertained while I’m at work or uni
4:32 GHOST ORB….RUN!!!!!
A long shoelace or piece of string dragged on the floor works better than ALL of these toys. LOL, BUT needs human interaction.

@@jonathonboshears6281 I. LOVE. YOU. Oh my gosh I could not get my cat to engage with the toys and I did this and he immediately loved it. THANK YOU.

The orsda interactive toy stopped working after an hour

I have a diffrent brand of the one your cats like that has 4 different speed modes and the rug part doesnt come off.

so cute ty
I think it depends on the cat. Each cat is different.
!
Could you glue feathers onto the moving ball?
I'm sure you can
Best cat toy for cat and humans! amzn.to/33AQ1sd
I tried a couple things like that, it didn't help. Mine just watch it

Some cats like different kinds of toys.
My cat broke the smarty cat twirl one in the first two hours and I got the small and big one 😂
A furry ball tied to a string the string tied to the stick like a fishing rod, and a little dap of catnip on the furry ball and you're going to have a great time for a little while the catnip will always keep the cat interested
An orb on camera 7 mins in 👻
My cats are either scared or bored...

our factory make cat toys , if you have interesting please contact me anytime
Cats are too smart. They want a real mouse or bird. Nothing else can replace that.
I have this and it's loud and annoying.
Could you slow down your talking?! Could not understand you at all. Remember, there are some OLD folks with OLD ears out here. Yes, I slowed down the speed...Thank you, RUclips for that option.
mine would destroy those toys!
cats are way too needy
Talking too much
You are speed reading, not speaking clearly and succinctly. Your mic sounds muffled. Good lord, girl...slow down your reading!
