Soprano is my favourite uke scale, but unfortunately my fingers are large and I can't position them correctly to make a D chord, so i was taught an alternate way of laying my thumb right over G C E strings. I use this way to play E chord as well. Great video, Katie ✌🏼

D to Em is quite difficult to switch cleanly
