If it's like the 2 stick Mack I used to drive, you shift the main transmission, like any 5 speed transmission, and use the second stick as you use the air splitter today. Normally you can start in 2, and than shift the auxillary 1-2-3-4-, then go to 3 and bring the aux back to 1 go 2-3-4 and so on. If you are light, you can also skip several of these shifts. At least that's how you used to shift a 2 stick Mack, and it also ment using both hand at the same time, with no hand on steering wheel
Great effort, and dallars gone into prepping this truck, but for my taste, I much prefer a more spartan interior to match the tough life of a trucker, or have they now gone soft?
This truck used to buy parts from my old work and every time he pulled up everyone would go outside to admire this piece of art
